THE SUSPENSION OF SDM#(DURGA NAGAPL) BY AKHLESH THE CM OF U.P. HAS BROUGHT storm in administration, politics and media. Thank God some honest officer has been defended by MEDIA. But #Akhlesh has already broken the back bone and she is going to refrain from taking such action favoring the larger interest of Indian society in future. That is how administration collapses and has already collapsed under the weight of corruption and nepotism. Three cheers to #Parthasarthi Sharma for gathering courage to challenge the decision.

The false pretext under which Akhlesh and party is floating news deserves condemnation. Any Mosque built by Muslim on an illegal land is HARAM (PROHIBITED) in Islam .Who so ever among Muslim has built must be punished for his step. The SDM was justified if she demolished the structure. The country is victimized by the so called Hindu and Muslim devotees by erecting worshipping houses on roads and in illegal lands. In fact they are religious mafia who has found novel ways of fetching money from the innocent devotees. The priests work under them .This charity has become cheating market .Let there be an enquiry as to why temples, Churches& Mosques are coming up so fast in market. #Mr. Akhlesh you will fail if you take decision guided by vote bank considerations if not justice oriented. You are not capable of asserting your position as chief. You deserve to be Head master of a middle school in UP.

The tragedy in Chhapra (Bihar) School resulting in killing  of  23 students, can never be written off due to utter carelessness in supervision and administration. It is unthinkable to find human being including teachers and other staff mixing the alleged poisonous insect in the food. The investigations are said to be forged in many cases thus chances of the lady being involved is bright. I have been in education departments  and at times I have found forces /segments involved in incidents of serious nature which many of you may never believe. All segments of that school: Headmistress, teachers if any, her friends, visitors, parents ,menial staff and students and their friends present on the day and day before be examined thoroughly. Killing due to enmity, insult, loss of esteem and jealousy specially may be examined. Involve others drawn from other fields besides the cooked stale food (forces) who are neither barking nor biting these days.

“Haste makes waste. Man proposes. God disposes. Slow and steady wins the race. Will the rat become a robust mouse Uttar Pradesh?” ,are the time tested formula in one’s life cycle. The hurry shown by #Modi and the #RSS in preparing the present election campaign for 2014 may result in to fiasco. The analysis, speculation,(guess game),action reaction ,observations ,articulations ,decisions and discourses are based on the depth of knowledge of behavioral psychology of mass and men. The more you are well versed, the more you are successful. Only those with clean conscious are guided. It does not benefit the fascists. They lose the direction most of the times.

The speculation that the Lok sabha election due in the year ending 2014 will be held shortly is not correct. The ruling party will take more time to consolidate itself. It will at least complete the rehabilitation work in Uttrakhand. It will also try to regain the loss of rupee down fall and checkmate the price rising. The non congress parties are also not keen to go for early election .The regional players know their jurisdiction  and political strength in the region which can hardly be dismantled by BJPand they (Nitish Kumar,Mulayam Singh ,Maya,Mamata,Patnayak,Badal , etc. )will not be in hurry to rush and exhaust  their efforts at national level.

#BJP planted #Anna Hazare,# Kejriwal, #Baba Ram Deo and misguided the youths on streets and all of them have gone to hides. They boycotted the Parliament with ulterior motives and this will further boomerang in to down grading them. Too much talking by Modi and party has brought forth their known and very unknown political and administrative weaknesses in forefronts. The balloon of boasting has been deflated thoroughly. The # BJP was misguided by the poll survey. By the time the election begins the BJP and their Mentor# RSS will retire to their beds. #BJP is running a race in lone  lane          with no whistle blown as yet .With the exits of USA from Afghanistan and  turmoil in Egypt and Syria may turn the international scenario against election being held .

IS UTTRAKHAND DISASTER:DISASTER OF MANAGEMENT AND STATE GOVERNMENT?

The Uttrakhand disaster (13^th to 17 the June) played  havoc too awful for words with minds, material and Governance closely related with wisdom and conscious guided decisions. All including politicians of ruling party and elite group of opposition, media crew, their anchors and so called experts were seen condemning the government. Those badly affected shouting for Government mercy and supply of daily provision failure are equally responsible. The scale, form and  nature of disaster was unparalleled in the present known history. The blames were made for belated response by the Government. The demand for pressing in to service the entire fleet of helicopters with Indian Air force with onego was unjustified. The suffering of permanent settlers in the terrain neglected and left without any provision for days.

May ask all of them what were the conditions of connectivity :wireless, telephones, cell phones, the working of towers, transportation ,conveyance, roads, bridges, food and lodging ,settlements, air routes, rail routes, water supply -all rendered non exist ant. How can one manage such scale of destruction?

If you slip and fall on ground, it takes time to recover to normalcy .If you feel attending toilets, you take time to undo your pants &pajama and rush to the destination .The state government was fast in executing the rescue operation. Yes army men deserve our salute. Are they not due to leadership of our civilian governments and their policy? It was commend able. So was the out pouring of relief materials from all corner of the country.

The first thing now every government should do is to investigate their failures and admit in public. It should be done at all levels; village, block, district, regional  ,organizational and state.
