It demonstrate the amount of hatred the Osmania University authorities, the then Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor, the Senate Members and the Government in power had for the emblem (the womb of birth of succeeding university breeds) conceived, coined and finally inscribed by the founder of the university .It is not understood what wrong did the above syndicate found in taking decision against the removal original words of the emblem. Did they had no other serious business with this university  promoting it  as the highest centre of  learning in the country? The thrones come and go in history but the essence and essentials generated by the founder remain .How many of these can you destroy and delete!

Allahabad university was founded in the year 1886 and the existing foundation stone in the senate Hall was raised by a British born Vice Chancellor. it still retains  inscriptions: the verse from the Holly Quran SURATULBAQARAH VERSE 269which means He grants wisdom to whom He pleaseth and he to whom wisdom is granted recieveth indeed a benefit overflowing……) a nation blessed with scholarship  and science (Hikmat)have abundance of wisdom and wealth).This verse is accompanied side by side lines from Samskirit slokas in brief (all except this wealth  viddya( education ) is stolen and  lost) .Perhaps many students and professors of this university in and out might not be aware. While going through its website this was ignored by author of the university .However, many those in the knowhow, never did such parochial actions as witnessed in the case of this university. The army officer Captain Shri L.Pandu Raga Reddy also an ardent protagonist of separate Telilingana state (STATEHOOD REFUSED DUE TO T-CASE……) Deccan Chronicle dated 10^th of February must be thanked for his very bold challenge to the regime. I thank Coreena Suares for this interview. There seems to an impending danger to this republic by narrow think tanks. His interview in the; Local Deccan Chronicle revealed many important historical events unknown to many. Of late one witnesses mockery of governance, police administration and justice on the fore play (foul play) in the name of opening decades old Hate speeches mostly delivered by activists ,political foes and religious adversaries in India. There is no denying the facts that police administration is pressurized to lodge First Hand Information against the alleged offenders with retrospective effect in almost every case. The gap of inaction by police is ranging between five to fifteen years. Is this not a clear case of dereliction of duty on the part of institutions/Police Stations which invites initiation of criminal case under dereliction of his constitutional duty? Is there a law in Indian penal code to take action against the offending  officers or official? One of the reasons for wide spread public annoyance against administration is the failure of timely action by the concerned departments and acting late under pressures (impersonations).

Akbar Uddin Owaisi and his brother Asad uddin  Andhra Pradesh and  Togharia  of VHP Gujrat have been charged for their hate speeches delivered  in  distant past ,almost  lost from the memory of the public. Are we not making ourselves an object of ridicule? Will the Honorable supreme court of India take cognizance of the belated action as dereliction of duty sue motto? Otherwise the country is preparing itself to move towards anarchy.

Utmost precaution must have been taken by the Muslim Cleric while issuing FATWAH as a point of view of Islam. First they must avoid such advices (Fatwah) unilaterally as a safe guard. If at all necessary, one must not make it an individual effort according to the tenets of Islam practiced by great Muslim scholars(Imams) in the past. Let there be a group of outstanding, Ulemas of standing prepared to share their views on an issue so important  for their community and give collective opinion. If they feel their silence will invite the wrath of their almighty, they have all the right to say so in light of the doctrines to promote a society with followers of righteousness, the ultimate need of a nation.

It is an irony of fate that many feel threatened; the moment fatwa gets prominence and aired repeatedly by the gossip mongering Television channels. The so called advocates of Muslim Women emancipators raised the issue of freedom of singing and dancing by the Muslim women folk in Jammu and Kashmir. One may not wonder their sudden support for this freedom and opposition of the words of advices (Fatwah) by the Mufti of The Grand Mosque of the state. Those with little or no knowledge of the doctrine of  FATWAH begin chanting senselessly and attack the issuing authority as if Talibization has set its foot on the holy soil of India . The television Channels invite their chosen experts on such issues and they offer live coverage of their view point’s which try to indoctrinate the viewers.  Those challenging such fatwa’s must try to understand and examine their merits in light of the underlining fundamental philosophy:

  (1)All the material gains (name, fame, property and power) are perishable. The life here is short lived where as the life here after is infinite gifted with infinite unparalleled awards and humiliation of untold miseries inflicted by fire.

(2)No one has so far conquered the death which each one of us has to taste sooner or later.

(3)All those who die shall have to answer their deeds to their Lord.

(4)They have to assemble on the Day of Judgment for their final fate: Heaven /hell.

(5)Before the commencement of their accountability on the Day of resurrection, we have to reply the following questions asked by angels known as Munkir Nakir immediately we are laid down /buried in the grave according to Holy Quran:(A)Who is your Lord (Rab)?(B)What is your religion (Deen)?(C)Who is your Messenger (Rasool/Nabi)?Those failing to answer these questions will face humiliations which cannot be described by an ordinary pen. In brief the Muslim Faithfull is ordained to carry out the following in letter and spirit: Declaring that there is only one God (Allah)and  worship Him alone. We do not associate any other deity with Him. Mohammad Mustafa (P BUH) is His Messenger selected to pass on His messages to His servants. There is no Rasool (Prophet) thereafter. A lot more can be studied in the Holy Quran and Hadith. The question is which activities if practiced and professed will enable us to grant successes in answering some of those major questions? Will these activities help them in gaining those ultimate pleasures and pursuits?

Will those Kashmiri girls fascinated to this activity be able to earn the marks required to qualify the exams ahead of which they are unaware. They need to concentrate on activities helping them in attaining the necessary ranks .The Mufti of Grand mosque aimed at doing this favor to them. Now it is up to them to foresee the outcome of their current labor (waste)similarly human beings are indulging in activities not in consonant with these tenets.

What Abdullah declares is his political compulsion. Such statements will never come from Muslim scholars .He married a foreign brand and later married his sister to a non Muslim which is not permitted in Islam. Such actions on their part will never qualify them to register them in the Islamic fold as per Holy Book. There is no denying the fact that they can still stick to their ideologues  and live with Muslims for all good purposes. He sees his world and the dreams of these singing girls in light of our secular India and Indian constitution.

What is way out for such fellow citizens? The world is full of evils and virtues. Who has written a book listing these? None! The experts and Television channels and their anchors are confusing the already confused Indian society .By and large false teaching of history of human civilization in schools and universities is still going on. Therefore what you know is till  passed to the new generation (the falsehood of human civilization). What we have known and preached centuries is far from truth.

The Mahila empowerment appears to be an unending headache for Indian society and its governments. Especially their role and day to day statements suggest that they want to run a parallel government in India. There appears to be neither limit nor justifications for their out bursts on almost every issues whether related to their jurisdictions or not.

There came a very futile cum hostile suggestion to include marital rape within the ambit of sexual offenses in the process of recent proposed legislation. The marriage between two individuals (male and female) sets in a unique unparalleleds sets of sexual initiatives and their responses in their conjugal life away from the public and government domain unless volatile and violence oriented. The lady lawyer showed her sign of mental sickness on this issue. To prove a case one requires an eye witness .In this case who  will be there in the family to submit evidences against the alleged husband cum perpetrator and whether a court of law shall be capable to dispense with such judicial dispensations. There is a  history of regular covert cum artificial (dramatized) fake denial of entering in to cohabitation with husbands by scores of wives due to unexplained reasons. Were she and her supporters trying to disintegrate a family for the wellbeing of their offspring?

It is very thorny to be mother of a child than becoming lawyer, army officers, astronauts, actress administrators and so on. The women have given up their fundamental  tasks of motherhood and result is the imbalanced social order full of ambiguities .The advocates of gender equation fail to fore see the inherent fall out of this philosophy.

One could see many political leaders airing their views on Times Now Television Channel commenting against Owaisi brothers for their alleged hate speeches and equated them with Hindu Fundamentalist, Muslim League and terrorist out fits in India. To know these truth one has to come to visit and see Hyderabad to apprise them of   the social, literary and political activities of MIM and their standing since decades among the citizen here.

Of late Asad Uddin Owaisi was described as an upcoming Muslim Leader at National Level. Many articles appeared in important English Dailies .This was going to belittle many known to be Muslim sympathizers. This also lead to frightened many as their vote bank was likely to dither sooner or later. His overall political articulation and expanding influence for example his party`s gain in local election in Nanded( Maha Rashtra ) 14 cooperators in his kitty invited protectiveness among his detractors and jealous.

Hyderabad Corporation (Greater Hyderabad) is under their rule since long. One can come and observe   the face of the city. Those branding them and their party equivalent to those responsible for division of India are suffering from very narrow parochialism. India may now geographically strong but is a inherently  becoming a rogue nation .The corruption (it will not die down) and the death toll on account of spurious  hutch in Bihar,Jhakhand,Chhatisgarh ,Odessa  etc. every year is hardly  discussed. Has this freedom to the drunkards and patronage by all state governments not been destroying the Indian society and its poor family. The accident due to this on the roads is unabated .How many accident cases in this country are resolved by the police and courts of law?

The crores  of pending court cases requiring about 300 hundred years according to one estimate to dispose  them off,  rising attendance of patients in super specialty hospitals, adulteration of sweats and eatables, the  reign of brokers in every nook and corner of the country, the rape spree on the streets,restaurants and national high ways  ,in  public transports besides these being perpetrated in deserts , forests and fields, white color brothels ,money extortions as a grand business ,tax evasion by one and all, stealing and storing of currencies and gold under their  blankets and carpets are threatening the unity of the country. Are these not antinational activities (desh droh)? These have almost rotten this society. Watch and see when our pockets will be emptied by the rowdies in day light.

Although Akbar`s  alleged  hate speech given by him is unwanted and unnecessary in proportion yet the action initiated against him also speaks of volume of our concerns blown out of proportion (rare in the annuls of free India) .His speech had a syntax emission /output originating from the provocative slogan spewed  : Pakistan Jao -quite often used freely by our fellow citizens everywhere in India. More so this holy verse of Holy script got imminence during the L.K.Advani`s Hate yatra. Babar ke aulado Bharat chhodo painted  extensively on the walls everywhere. What were these policemen doing? Where were these patriotic advocates so fond of PIL suits? Which police force and government in India had taken action against them?

Is our police  not embarrassed of taking belated action after years against them which apparently shows it  a part of  unfathomable  planed conspiracy hatched against them by forces known and unknown ? The bogy raised largely by BJP cadres and their out fits are baffling in this state and  likely to have far reaching consequences in the years to come.
