 Being an ordinary citizen of India, I failed to get satisfactory answer from our successive Governments at the centre.  As of Governance what makes them to trust an distrust  their immediate neighboring countries and what compels them to keep on attending  Group of Countries in association with them   such as BRICKS,SANGHAYEE,SAARK G7 ,.......OR NON ALIGNMENT COUNTRIES so on!

The Head of the states go with team of experts in Economy, Science, Warfare, Education ,Law ,Housing ,Environment, Foreign Affairs Medicine and technology etc.and they are flaunted  as a team of tourist Jamaat. India has nothing to boast as an achiever by  participating  in these conferences. Two old enemies are seen brushing each other`s shoulders and issue statements which is deliberately given wide publicity in their native lands. All appear to be foolish.

 Where as they have raised organization to work against each other to back stab regularly and wage war( preferably proxy) and sabotage such shallow and showy relationship throughout their existence. The wealth of the nation is pumped to them to prepare plots stealthily and ceaselessly .Unfortunately their sabotage plans if executed are always denied by the concerned countries. In the first place Lying is their core diplomacy .”We shall resolve our outstanding issues and exchange will take place between our agencies and affairs.” statements are first banner on the media.

I was hearing an ex. RAW Chief  (Research Analysis  Wing) .I was shocked to hear his raw arguments. The rulers double standard in developing their bilateral relation is a clear case of bluff. In other words a modern village consisting of  400x5 (2000 flats ) can be established. Thus a basic need of housing could be solved to accommodate approximately 10,000 population of the state. Are our leaders visionary or vision less ?

EMERGENCY BY STEALTH CAN HAPPEN IN INDIA

 Emergency by stealth can happen in India. Mrs. Indira Gandhi was half hearted authoritarian .Emergency in 1975 lasted only 21 months in her regime. Post Emergency Government under Murar Desai dismantled  her constitutional amendments in this respect thus baring the future political government to proclaim emergency.
