To believe and say that the award of death sentences by any court in the world of our`s shall work as deterrent to contain criminal crimes is living in fool`s paradise. The case of Yakub Menon accused in March 1993 Mumbai Blast has caught the attention of judicial scrutiny in the above light. #Shobha De in her article (HANG MENON MUST) ,Deccan Chronicle Hyderabad 24^th of July 2015,has argued in favor his execution. The Supreme Court reiterated its given verdict and confirmed his death sentence. His mercy petition was rejected by the President of India.30th July 2015 is fixed for his execution at 0730 a.m. at Nagpur ,Maharashtra on recommendation of present Government at centre and its #BJP which was a Party to engineer the violence and unsocial  social conflict then (December 1992).The Bomb blast on March 12,1993 which killed 257 innocent and 713 Indians severely injured. May I ask if Yakub Menon ,M.A.English, M.A.Political Science and Chartered Accountant , was hard core criminal all along his career prior to this event? What efforts were made by #Congress,# Shiv Sena and #BJP to contain the riots, looting ,massacre and arson 1992 in Mumbai ? Who engineered the 1992 riots followed by massacre? Were these engineered by and the handy work of Yakub and his accomplices?

 What does the Newton’s third Law says? For every Action there is an Equal  and Opposite reaction . Digit 2 would have not been in Mathematics but due to presence of digit 1. The Mumbai Blast 1993 would have not taken place without the events in the year 1992.
