WHERE DRINKING IS A FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT! WHO CAN SAVE THIS STATE (BIHAR) IN INDIA!

Only drunken cum drunkard judges can find in  it a taste of a fundamental right.

With one stroke of pen#Bench of Patna High Court Bihar (India)struck the historical initiative, risky but bold step by the #Nitish Government. The sentiments against the sufferer on account of it, has not figured in their conscience. Who can save a society where right is wrong and wrong is right ?

 Nitish implemented one of his best items on agenda of party manifesto. Father of Nation`s cherished dream of declaring a state dry is shattered. Only drunkards will support drunkards. Drunken # judges will found  it a fundamental right. Tomorrow prostitution may be declared fundamental right.  So all vices may figure in their judgments as our Fundamental Rights.

THE SURGERY OF SURGICAL STRIKE ON 28TH OF SEPTEMBER 2016.

As an ordinary citizen, I have to ask some question:

.#NALIN  kohli M.P .and #BJP spokes persons have been heard mentioning Lt. General DGMO LOC  name and preparation immediately after Uri incident. Mentions were made several times. They gave an impression that he was their darling. The Lt.Gen. was also seen addressing Media and giving assurance to Indian public about  Indian forces capability to strike.

During all these it was mind boggling to find stoic silence by the Chief of the Army who had remarked that It was not the duty of armed force to quell the public uprising (the curfew in Kashmir and its tooth and nail  defiance by the Kashmir teenagers).

It indicated difference between (1) The Government and the Army Chief(2)Differences between DGMO and Army Chief (3)Army Chief nowhere in the team of briefing to day where the top bosses in Union Government celebrated the strike (4)Surgical Strike has always been there in the past between the two sides  but its results were not publicized.(5)The information was passed on piece meal(A)The soldiers in this strike were given  all necessary   cover and support .The  paratroopers sneaked up to 2 to 3 kilometers beyond LOC and targeted the terrorist camps and killed many terrorists.

Later on it was informed , we killed 30 (thirty) to(35) thirty five terrorist .We targeted eight camps and destroyed five 5 of them completely .We killed two Pak soldiers .

The italicized part of news above came to fore in channels, if I am not mistaken, DGMO did not mention it. Only very big bluff masters (idiots) on the enemy side will establish Terrorist camps and carry out their training for decades so close to the LOC always in our shoot out rage. A plane or helicopter if piloted with reasonable average speed can hardly return to its reverse. Maneuvering   demands distance of many kms.

PART-3 :JAMMU AND KASHMIR IMBROGLIO 2016:

 Since the Paradize (Bahisht) was offered by Raja Hari Singh and his Prime Minister Sheikh Abdulla, the father of Farooque Abdullah to India , most of its days went by very turbulent events. Most of the time it was under flame .Lives after lives was lost. Full scale war was fought between the two countries which lasted 22 days in 1965 besides 1948 conflict which necessitated United Nations to intervene.Cease fire and present LOC were the result .Plebe site was offered .Lal Bahadur Shashtri was our Prime Minister. In 1965 .An accord between the countries was reached in Tashkand USSR.

Another war between the two in 1971 (East Pakistan) was dismembered and Bangladesh ,a new country emerged  .It was  liberated by Indian Forces .93 thousand Pakistan soldiers lead by General A.K.Niazi  surrendered in Dhaka before Indian General Arora in Dhaka. Shimla pact    was reached accordingly Pak soldiers were freed .  Zulfiquar Ali Bhuttu (Pak)and Indira Ghandhi(India) signed the agreement. It was not directly related with Kashmir and however the war had a lasting bearing on it .

Maulana Masood Azhar a leading Mujahideen (Pak version),India version a terrorist languishing in Jail during Atal Ji rule  was released in lieu of Indian Airline passengers about eighty in number in Kandhar (Afghanistan)after hijack of a plane by terrorists. Mahbooba Mufti ,the present Chief Minister of Kashmir was kidnapped by the Masood Azhar gang and released .

Kargil war took place .It had presented gory scene of fights and killing of soldiers. Bin ClintonPresident of USA intervened and it was halted. Atal ji and Sharif were prime Minister of their respective countries. It took place in the year 1992.

 Indian Parliament was attacked by terrorists allegedly from Kashmir in 2001. The main attacker Afzal Guru was hanged. Mumbai attack in 2009 is very fresh in our memory. The dare devil attack passed by through sea un retaliated. There is no doubt that Pakistan has been waging proxy wars against India in particular and its  neighboring countries by its well trained guerillas well equipped modern weapons in the name of Kashmir Liberation by its native fighters .It is never a success story nor it can be so far as the liberation of Kashmir is concerned.

 The centuries old brotherhood between Kashmiri Pundits and their Muslim brothers were torn off and several thousand Pundit are displaced and passing their worst days in camps in Delhi. Their return is made almost impossible.

The distrust between Kashmir people and Indian Government is culminating in to pitched battle between Indian Forces and public since 88 days of curfew (most of days) declared and undeclared and the Government in power under Mabooba Mufti  is undone to find solution. Thousands have been arrested, hundreds (mostly teenagers) have been blinded due to pallet gun use. Thousands of them are in Jails. Schools and shops remain closed. There is no sigh of relief and sight of normalcy.

 Meanwhile Uri (LOC )witnessed the most goriest massacre by Pak  trained Mujahideen .18 Indian soldiers in a camp deep in slumber were killed    in a predawn attack in September this year. According to a figure floated in press, 177 terrorists were gun down by Indian forces in a month or so. The matter echoed in United Nations Organization in New York recently. Victory (only verbal duel) is claimed by both the sides , the Government and people.

India says, “ it is blatant attack by Pakistan. Pakistan is hub of terror in the world. It imports terrorist in all parts of world.”Pakistan announces,” it is bogus charge and reiterates the act of killing was executed by Kashmir Liberators.”PART-4 WILL BE CONTINUED.

JAMMU AND KASHMIR CONFLICT ;ITS HISTORY REVISITED:PART-2

The plebiscite promise to UNO was the result our guilt.

The flashing intermittent eruption of emotional outburst among Kashmir people and the bickering in the successive political circle in India and pak has its origin in the manner the two sides of leaderships handled the sensitive issues of partition and violation of its governing clauses agreed upon.

Lord Mountbatten Governor General of India Jawhar Lal Nehru ,Sardar Patel  ,Dr.Rajendra Prasad .Dr.Abulkalam Azad ,Rafi Ahmad Kidwayi, Krishna Menon and their supporting team in Indian camp and Mohammad Ali Jena ,Liyaqat Ali Choudhary Liyaqat Ali Khan and their team in Pak camp had agreed on the articles of British Parliament following the  formula determining the partition :

(1)The states such as Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh)  ,Junagarh (Gujrat),Bhupal (Madhya Pradesh),Jammu &Kashmir (J&K)may remain independent (2)They merge with India or they merge with Pakistan.All the above states suffered from contradictions. Hyderabad State under Nizam was Hindu majority state but its ruler was Muslim. Junagarh was Hindu dominated state but its ruler was Muslim. Bhupal was Hindu dominated state but its ruler was Muslim. Jammu &Kashmir was Muslim majority dominated state but its ruler was Hindu. Historically, politically, and militarily  It was convenient  for Nehru and Patel to attack Hindu populated  states in case they refuse to opt India .This was enacted. All except Hyderabad under Nizam , and to some extent Junagarh under Nawab , merged willy  nilly with India .

The Raja of Jammu and Kashmir and its Prime Minister Sheikh Abdullah(father of Farooq Abdullah)  had decided to be with Pak initially  but the document was not ratified for some reason. The consensus among their courtiers decided in favor of Independent state. The fast changing political scenario lead them to be in doldrums for a brief period  .

The violation of treaty by India provoked Jena and his confidants  (then the English Commander In chief of  Pak Army was kept in darkness) and a junior army officer perhaps from Pathan origin was given the charge to lead with Afghan Mujahideen to attack Kashmir  (Pak lead solders in disguise )to attack this state and the invasion was very swift and in few days ,they reached Srinagar and captured  almost complete but soon they indulged in rioting, loot, arson ,lust and rapes .

The population was shocked from their within .Raja Hari Singh changed his mind and decided to merge with India. He asked India`s help which was conditional to his annexation first which he agreed .Krishna Menon, the defends Minister was flown  to negotiate with Raja Hari Singh .The annexation was made by the Raja not by the population .Nehru at once dropped Indian Army  and it recapture except the Azad Kashmir .The plebiscite was the result our guilt . One cannot deny the legitimate demand of Jammu and Kashmir either to be independent or merge with either of us. Majority of our elected representatives’ and advocates of its present  position are also not aware. Now it is becoming another Palestine conflict, it seems. PART -3 WILL BE CONTINUED.

The present generation aged between 16 and 60 in India and Member countries are hardly interested to know the truth and our leaders either do not do not have knowledge of its back ground or deliberately avoiding to tell us the truth .The grasp of the post and immediate pre Independence events would sustain the balanced view of the conflicts among Indians. Raja Hari Singh, the ruler of Jammu &Kashmir and father #Dr.Karan Singh son of Raja Hari Singh the then ruler of Jammu and Kashmir ,the Rajya Sabha Congress Member of Parliament now  , knows much more than anybody else.

Among the senior most journalists and author of 22 Fatefull Days and  Reading Between The Lines , is #Kuldeep Nair former M.P and Minister in V.P.Singh regime .He could be an asset in the Television Channels.  #Inder Malhotra ,thank God ,he is not only alive but actively writing very useful dispatches in renowned News Papers. #Arun Shouri like Senior most journalists are also  ignored by the new generation of correspondents .

These gentlemen should have been invited to discuss the Kashmir imbroglio besides being awarded in public by Government of India and other respective organizations.# Karan Thaper#NEWS EX, #Burkha Dutt NDTV24X7,#Rajdeep  Desai and #Rahul Kanwar India To-Day,#Prabhu Choula News voice and #Ravish Kumar and #Abhigyan NDTV can kick off to interview them and know their objective opinions on national issues. It is very disgusting to hear the prejudiced ones shouting on the channels.

WHY# BJP CONCLAVE IN KERALA? WHY THIS SHIFT IN THEIR STAND TO TRY IN THE EAST &EXTREME SOUTH.

I will not delve  upon   the first question .It is in relation to their Hidden agenda well known to them and many Indians .I shall talk about the speech delivered by #Narendra Modi .It was rated very diplomatic and high pitched speech ever given by any Prime Minister in according to most channels including #NDTV 24x7.Every effort was secretly made by #BJP and #RSS in advance to tell the country men through some channels that #Modi will deliver a exclusively historical speech in connection with Uri incident. The emotive speech was reserved and given in the very back ground of Uttar Pradesh election once again to garner support from U.P. electorates. One would have appreciated his good intension if he had gone to reply Nawaz Sharif in the world body United Nations. Country is less significant than his party and election. The impact will vanish in the dust of Uttar Pradesh .He did not mention about floods furry , suicides and injustice to section of Indians .
