IT IS SANER VS SINNERS:

What else can one expect from actor and# BJP M.P.#Paresh Rawal  that Author Arunthati Roy should be tied to an Army Jeep instead of a stone palter where a protestor in Kashmir was used as human shield by a security personal against an unruly conduct of the mob. Also the officer of late was also awarded by the Army Head Quarter. This move was also untimely.

Tit for Tat against people whom we declare that they are from our land will only add fuel to the fire.  The incident that followed due to the invention of the officer`s mind has only escalated the situation which has gone out of hand. It itself suggests the modus operandi was a miscalculation and it continuous support by many who do not want to be left behind in the race of winning patriotism Medal , speaks volume  of our weak mind and unwise thinking .I will go step further if both #Paresh Rawl and #Arunathi Roy are tied ;Rawal at Right bearing a placard in favor and Arunathi Roy at the left with a poster against. An Army with such sub standard strategy in hand against those odds might not win the people not even the enemies in the battle field. The overall abuse counter abuse from the two sides also suggests that we have given up and there seems no solution in sight , therefore decided to counter it with howling and barks. The saner voices in the country are ruined and sinners are announced winners .What a pity ?.

वर्त्तमान  में  सबसे  नीच  और  बेहद  घटिआ  राजनीतिज्ञ  ,#कपिल  मिश्रा  भूत  पूर्व  #आप  मंत्री  ही  का  नाम  लिया  जा  सकता  है .नीच  तो  है  ही  और  निहायत  एहसान फरोश  भी  है .यह  ऐसा  व्यक्ति  है  जिस  को  अब  विश्वाश  करना  बड़ी  भूल  होगी .जिस  दाल  पर  बैठा  उसी  दाल  को  काटनेवाला   अच्छे  दर्जे  का  प्राणी  कैसे  सकता   है .किया  अब  आया  राम  गया  राम  में  फलने  फ़ूलनेवाली  जमातें  इस  आदमी  को  दामाद  बनाना    पसंद  करेंगी .ऐसे  में  उनका  सर्वांश  होना  तै  है .

कपिल  मिश्रा  ने  यह  सब  जानकारी  के  तुरंत  बाद  कियों  न  दी .मुझे  लगता  है  #कपिल  मिश्रा  एक  मानसिक  रोगी   है  और  शीघ्र  इस  बेचैनी  में  आत्म  हत्त्या  न  करले ? इस  प्राकृत    और  विचार  के  दूसरे  नंबर  भी  हैं .देश  की  सत्ता  में  अंधे  और  लुप्त  दाल  में  फलफूल रहे  हैं  . दूसरों  को  गन्दा  बतानेवाला ,दूसरों  के    पाप  को  खोज  करनेवाला , स्वयं  गन्दा  होता  है  .ऐसा  व्यक्ति  किया  योगदान  करसकता  .यह  अपने  आप  में  विनाशकारी  पर्वित  है .इस  परविरत  का  ज़ोर  शोर  से  विकाश  होरहा  है .आधुनिक  भारत  में  समूह    दर   समूह  ,संस्थाएं  भी   इस  घिनाओने  काम  पेश  पेश   हैं .नित  यही  चर्चा   ,यही  सोना  जागना  है .  

यह भीम सेना #अमित शाह ,#नरेंद्र मोदी और #मोहन भगवत की भीड़ सेना का उत्तर है

माया  जाएंगी  तो  कोई  और  पैदा  होगा  .कोन्ग्रेस्स  ने  जो  दिया  जो  किया  इतिहास  में  दर्ज  रहेगा .अपने  ने  ऐसी  सेना  बना  राखी  है  जो  देश  को  बांटना  भी  शायद   तै  है .आपका  उठना  ,बैठना ,बोलना और  करना    सेना   आधारित  है .सुबह  शाम  गोला  दागते  रहते  हैं .

भारत  का   ध्यान  भारतवासी   देखें  गे . ओवैसी   सेना  ए  या  न  ए  लड़ने  का  मन   बनरहा  है .तलवार  नहीं  चलाएं  गे  पर  बिन  शमशीर  ही  लडे  गे .डॉ   अल्लामा  इक़बाल  का   शेर  यद्  अत  है

अप्रतिक अभियान ने महिलाओं और बच्चों को घर में बंधक बना दिया

जब  सम्राट  ही   झूठा ,भृष्ट  लोगो  का  संरक्षह्ण    देनेवाला ,हिर्दय  में  कुछ ,हिर्दय  के  बाहर  कुछ  और  ,तो  देश  को  संभालना   असंभव ,सूबों  के  सूबेदार  भृष्ट  तो  प्रजा  अछूती  नहीं  रहसक्ती  .

स्वक्ष  भारत  और   स्वक्ष  शौचालय  के  अंतर्गत  छत्तीगसगढ़  के  इस  राज्य  को  शौचालय  युक्त  दर्जा  दिया  गया . मालूम  हुवा  के  इस  राज्य  में  शौचालय  चोरी  होगये   .यह  समाचार  फ ी र  पीड़ित  निवासियों  ने  दर्ज  कराई  और  मालूम  हुवा  की  सरकारी   कागज़ों  में  काम  पूरा  दिखाया  गया  और  इस  पर  लगने  वाले  खर्च  को  अधिकारिओं  ने  अपने  ख़ज़ाने  में  दाल  दिया .लेकिन  #रमन  ने  चोरों  का  ही   साथ  दिया  .#मोदी  साहिब  झूठे  वादों  तमाम    सच  का  बेडा  ग़र्क़  करदिया   .इन  लगों  को  बेशर्म  कहने  में  शर्म  आती  है .

बाहर   सोच  के  बहाने  व्यायाम  भी    होजाता  था  और  खाद  बिन  खर्च  मिल जाती  थी  .अप्रतिक  अभियान  ने   महिलाओं  और  बच्चों  को  घर  में  बंधक  बना  दिया  और  अब  बाबा  रामदेव  का  ढोंग  योग  इन  घरों  के  आँगन  में  चलाया  जा  रहा  है .लोग  अपनी  पूरानी  आदत  में  ही  सुख  पराहे  हैं .

The political parties jumped in to this controversy in the name of constitutionality (Fundamental Right; Equality before Law) .A section of women (Not many) directly affected by this arrangement and NGO s working in their favor have not based their data on wide-ranging   studies .For example,it is not known how long  their(victims) marriages did work between the couples prior to this triple shots in quick succession ? It was also not made clear what were actually the deep rooted causes of their separation in each case? Whether efforts towards reconciliation were carried out?

Anti triple talaq hype was debated very roughly in channels and were largely biased .It  was orchestrated to tell the society that it was happening on a large scale in Muslim India . Issue being a problem between two human beings, only the male has been held responsible. Suddenly constitution and fundamental rights were brought to fore .If marrying is fundamental right why is it that millions of women attaining marriageable age are finding themselves without husbands .If it is a treaty between two couples ,its dissolution(termination )is within its ambit. I will say sword of dam loc (divorce)is   always hanging  over their heads more so who happen to be headless .The working relation on the definition of their independent commentary  about marriage and its understanding must be looked in to that life is not bed of roses. Equal rights and duties between wife and husband cannot be mathematically weighed and traded .The two are not a commodity but are now made pawn in the hands of third parties ; so called social reformist and political parties.

One of them follow the life management  starting from material goals , material satisfaction, social responsibility guided by the world around them and its ends in non spiritual walk .The doctrine followed  practice and suggested by ALL INDIA PERSONAL BOARD has its origin from the root  of  spiritualism wading through the materialist route and leading finally to spiritual  discourse . The two groups are fighting on different notes and canvas. The clash is apparent.

The anti Triple talaq lobby consists of those women and men who are using the doctrine of Holy Quran which they neither know nor practice least  .#Mariya Salim Advocate ,#Smt Chandra Rajan  Advocate and Zakia Saheba were forcefully advocating the implementation of injunctions in this respect  found in The Holy scripts . So was the case of #Faizur Rahman Activits. All were invited by #NDTV 24X7 anchored by #Vikram .The three women must have known that head covering is prescribed for gentle women in Islam and Coverage of bosom  with the same  head covering is enjoined but none of them could be found practicing .Therefore their hypocrisy stands exposed on scrutiny .They are not there for solution but dissolution of Muslim fraternity .

#उत्तराखंड को खण्डहर होते देखकर विश्वाश नहीं होता

 इस सदी में इस क्षेत्र में हज़ारों साल पुराने तीन हज़ार से कही अधिक गाओं वीरान  होचुके.न ही प्रधान मंत्री ने ,न हीं #वर्तमान मुख्या मंत्री ने ,न ही #हरीश रावत ने देश को इस भयावह स्थिति से अवगत  कराया I इन गाओं की पहाड़ों पर बनाई कृषि भूम   (अभूतपूर्व )श्रम,सहनशीलता और जीने की कला का इतिहास प्रस्तुत करता है I इन सभी सुन्दर  घर जो लकड़ी और ेंट से बनाये गए ,में कोई भी रहने वाला नहीं Iयह देश के साथ सर्कार का विश्वाश घात है I

यह भी अजीब है की #योगी  जिस धरती पर पैदा हुए वहां ऐतिहासिक पलायन और मेरठ  के किसी गाओं की झूटी पलायन की चर्चा ने उनेह ही एक प्रान्त का प्रधान बना दियाI किन मुसलमान समुदाय ने उत्तराखंड में पलायन की प्रकिर्या का   शुभारम्भ   किया? इस क्षेत्र को वीरान देख कर दिल दहल जाता है I #मोदी के सपनो की ऐसी तैसी हो रही है I और बड़े ख़ामोशी से देशवाशी इस तांडव निरित्य में  भागीदार  होरहे  हैं  देख रहे हैं.किर्प्या #NDTV हिंदी द्वारा प्रस्तुत   १९ मई कार्यक्रम को  देखें.  देश भक्त #दूर दर्शन ,#राज्यसभा   तथा #लोकसभा ने भी इसे छिपाये रखा है.#अमितशाह ,मोहन भगवत ने भी मुंह खोलने का पर्यास नहीं किया.

It is further being made complicated and the Muslim couple alone will bear the brunt of fresh debate the concerned party Muslim couples (couples )whose marriage has already been an apple of discord in them ,will land in an irreversible social agony imposed by the society . The freedom thus granted will enchain both of them. It is understood that the triple tilaque is the culmination of already existing unresolved bindings and failure of living together. It does not mean that efforts towards reconciling were not made .It is very natural that relatives on either sides will always take up the issue as per social taboos. Let us assume that Miss. A disagrees the message whether in writing or in oral of her termination of marriage and cries foul of her ex spouse. The  triple talaque is challenged in the court of India which invalidates it. The husband refuses to welcome her in his life .She manages to reach his old house and husband continues to boycott her .Which other compulsion would mollify him towards normal relationship?The Indian Muslim society sides him and continues its support or  leaves his house and moves to an unknown destination .Will this life of Miss ‘A’ be acceptable to her and how long?

Miss .B is solemnized and she finds the very first day that her husband is impotent. Miss.C marries a man who is drunkard and his livelihood is committing a dacoity . Mr.D  another Muslim youth  indulges in adultery openly . Mr.X marries a woman and he finds that his wife suffers from frigidity .Mr. Y finds that his wife has not forgotten her fiancé ,she had before this marriage and does not intend to live with him .

I know a case of a student who was married at the age of 9 years .His wife visited him after four years and he did not know his duty towards her. He never met her out of shy .She visited him next year and situation was created to see that he meets his wife .He met and the art of love making was out question .Wife came to him with her  family and sought the divorce with triple talaque  which was announced in precedence of his teacher and uncle. Matter ended there.

Marriage in India among all of us  is very subversive matter and half of them are bound to lead shattered life. Tripple talaque therefore is a panacea under  this social evil in those circumstances. The  triple talaque is a necessary evil  to offer choice for choice of a meaningful living.

The court or the #BJP government and #RSS web will in fact place her in perpetual torture  Will an unwilling  husband or material relief considered for her  be offering her  an emotional succor? You can take horse to the pond but you cannot make it drink.

The triple talaque in practice does serve the interest of #BJP and #RSS. This halts the child producing factory to produce children so scary to them till date. The duo want to continue their propaganda that Islam and its doctrines are worth hating only . The question that Hinduism is not their religion , they say and they got sanction from our court of law ,what religion do they practice and preach ?What is the significance of having fights for temples otherwise ?  PART TWO TO BE CONTINUED.
