IT HAS BECOME MORE OF SHOWBIZ (THEATER) THAN SHOW OF RESPECT TO THE HIGHEST VALUE(JUSTICE) .

The government in power campaigns to monopolize and demonize its ideology than hurrying to facilitate quick dispensation of justice. The population in the lowest rung is buried under the debris of weight of their crooked wisdom. Show off and cheapest popularity trips abroad and education of lowest level inside the country by the head of the state has almost eaten away the greatest concern of a ruler. The internally the country is most insecure and rotten .Unless the whole system is demolished, we are not going to get relief.

The first, the far most and the most compelling ingredients of Governance is dispensation of justice to its citizen by the emperor of the Nation. The justice is the soul body of all administrations .If  it allowed to become sick ,the nation shall be ailing for ever.In India of very late the definition is given a cover first by none but the Prime Minister of a country  that SABKASATH SABKAVIKAS, a slang to confuse and cover the government priorities. The greatest evil that India is facing today is an all out failure to deliver justice to people. Justice is gheraoed and devastated by (1)black robes (2)the gangs of corporate sectors(3)the corrupt bureaucrats (4)the peoples elected representatives(5)law investing agencies(6)lawn enforcing agencies and (7)power brokers.

We the Indians and the ruling leaders saw the tears rolling down the eyes of the Chief Justice of India J.S.Thakur long back and now only he roared to remind the apathy of power hungry lions to come back to their senses. It is not happening. The son (BJP) is blaming his father (Congress) for likely hood down fall of the empire taken over by him in all sectors. On this account only the government must quit saving its white skin and ironed waist coats. Now the Indian army and its cadre are demonized to suit only their resolve. The result will known in the years to come.

DO NOT RENDER IN VAIN YOUR SADAQAH (CHARITY) BY REMINDERS OF YOUR GENEROSITY OR INJURY.

99%Muslims render charity by reminders of their generosity or injury and sole purpose is public show off. It is unfortunate that we are ignorant of   the strong messages in our Holy Scripture .Sadly all those in the receiving ends are victim of their generosity gestures.

SURAT-AL- BAQRAH (VERSE 215)They ask you(O Mohammad SAS)what they should spend : Whatever you spend good must be parents ,and kindred and orphans and Al Masakeen (the needy)and the wayfarer and whatever you do of good deeds ,trully, Allah knows it well”

(Verse -261)The likeness of those their wealth in the way of Allah,is as the likeness of grain (of corn),itit grows seven ears and each ear has a hundred grains. Allah gives many fold increase to whom He wills. And Allah is All Sufficient for His creatures need, All knower.

(VERSE-262)Those who spend wealth for the Cause of Allah, and do not follow up their gifts with reminders of their generosity or with injury ,their reward is  with their Lord .On them shall be no fear nor shall they grieve.

(VERSE -263)Kind words and forgiving (of faults) is better than Sadaqah(charity)followed by injury.And Allah is Rich (free of all needs)and He is Most Forbearing.

(VERSE -264)O you who believe! Do not render in vain your Sadaqah (charity)by reminders of your generosity or injury, like him who spends his wealth to be seen of men and he does not believe in Allah ,nor in the Last Day .His likeness is  the likeness of a smooth rock on which a little dust ;on it falls heavy rain which leaves it bare. They are not able to do anything with what they have earned. And Allah does not guide disbelieving people. Read verse 265 also please.

हिसाब भी किया बला है

जिंदगी  भर  का  हिसाब  मांगती  है  दुनिया !

झोलियां  सबकी  भर्ती  जाती  हैं

देने  वाला  नज़र  नहीं  आता .

जो  नज़र  आते  हैं  नहीं  अपने  

जो  हैं  अपने  नज़र  नहीं   आते .

हिसाब  भी  किया  बला  है . देनेवाला  कोई  और  है . देता  कोई   और I. उमरावजान  की  आबरू  ही  नहीं  लूटी  ,पर  जिंदगी  भर  का  हिसाब  भी  मांगती है दुनिया  ..ज़ुबान  खोलो  तो  हिसाब  देना  मुश्किल  ,ज़ुबान  न  खोलो  तो  खुदगर्ज़  और  बेईमान  होने  का  बोहतान  .जो  मिला  है  उसे  जनता  को  न  बताने  पर  बे -इमां  ,झूटा  और  खुदग़रज़  होने  का  इलज़ाम .पता नहीं  सिदका   बन्दे  को  दी  जाती  है  या  बन्दा नवाज़  को .हिसाब बन्दा करता है या बंदानवाज़  इंसान   भी  हिसाब  लेता  और  तो  और  खुदi  तो  लेगा  ही .

बहुगुणा परिवार में दल बदल का अभूतपूर्व दी .इन . ये . है .

भूत  पूर्व  अध्यक्षा  श्रीमती   रीता  बहुगुणा  का  सम्बन्ध  उस  परिवार  से  है  जिसके  DNA  में  दल बदलू  की  समस्त  गुण    विद्यमान  है .इनका  बीजेपी  में  शामिल  होना  क्या  उनेह कुछ  दे  पायेगा  ,यह  तो  दूर  की  बात  है .इन्ह  मुंह  देखIना  और  मुंह  छिपाना  दुर्लभ  होजायेगा .हेमवती   नंदन बहुगुणा ,श्रीमती  बहुगुणा ,विजय बहुगुणा और  अब  रीता  बहुगुणा ने  दलबदल दिया  है .भारतीय  जनता  पार्टी  के  पास  है  ही  क्या ? इधर  उधर  से  कतिपय  नेता  लेकर  चुनावी  मैदान  में  होने  का   ढोंग  तो  कर  सकते  हैं .लेकिन  चुनाव  परिणाम  इन  के  इस  चल  का  पर्दा    फास  करदेंगे .

रीता  जी  राहुल  की  वफादार  थी  या  कांग्रेस  की ? अगर  इन  में  इतनी  ही  क्षमता   थी  तो   राहुल को  बदलदेती  .कुत्ता  भी  अंतिम  दिनों  में  अपने  मालिक  के  साथ  ही  रहता  है . अच्छा  होता  रीता  जी  राजनीत  छोड़  देती  .इन्होंने  अल्लाहाबाद  विश्वविद्द्यालय  का  इतिहास  विभाग  कब  को  त्याग चुकी  हैं  पर  वेतन  लेती  रही  हैं .ये  बेशर्म  भी  हैं ! भारतीय जनता पार्टी में इस जैसा ही व्यक्ति चाहये .

SURGICAL STRIKE DEFINITION AND HISTORY :FAN AND FARE THAT FOLLOWED .

 .By misusing nomenclature to describe the action to be some thing bigger and major is sheer political charlatanism.

This event is not allowed to die down for good reason and is put on the altar of the fan and fare to reap only political benefits and electoral gains by the union government of India  .The English dictionary describes “the surgical strike”as an attack (usually) without prior warning intended to deal only with a specific target, it is an attack intended to seize or inflict serious damage on or destroy an objective .It is  a swift and targeted attack with the aim of minimum collateral damage to nearby areas and civilians .The neutralization of targets with surgical strikes also prevents escalation in full blown war. Surgical attack can be carried out viz air strikes, air dropping special operations teams or by swift ground operations with commandos or even regular troops.

The great strategist Sir Basil liddell Hart described surgical strike as being akin to a single arrow shot by Paris (who seduced Helen causing a war) at Achilles heel which was he only vulnerable spot.

(1)In modern times a surgical strike is a single action that de-capitates or significantly reduces enemy capabilities .The 1967 Israel surprise air attack that destroyed most  of Egypt’s Air Force on the ground was a surgical strike.

(2)Another example is the  killing of Osama Bin Laden by US Seals in a Helicopter borne attack.

 (3)The June 2006 US attack that killed –Abu -Musab -Al–Zarqawi was by a single F.16C dropping two 500 pound guided home bombs on a safe house at Hibhibh village near  Baqubah in Iraq`s Diyala Province on very specific information and

(4) the single Hell fire missile launched by a central Intelligence Agency drone that killed Baitullah Mehsood leader of the 5000 strong Tehrik Taliban Pakistan in 2009 were classical surgical strikes to decapitate enemy leadership to demoralize its forces.

(5)The Bombing Baghdad in the initial stages  of the first gulf war. Operation shock and Awe was a well coordinated set of surgical strikes on governments offices and military installations to cripple  Bathist  regime in Iraq. Surgical strikes are also undertaken on a larger scale.

(6)The carpet bombing of Dresden that set that historic city on fire clearly was not a surgical strike.

 By these measures that happened post Uri does not qualify .Indian Army sent army across LOC several times in the past. By misusing nomenclature to describe the action to be some thing bigger and major is shear political charlatanism.

SURGICAL STRIKE: IMPORT OF UPA REGIME AND TRIVIALITY OF #BJP .

India had restricted to minor cross border raids, the latest of which Brigadier Kanwal describes as “carefully calibrated military measures.”These kind of calibrated military measures have been taken several times in the past also. The particular raid by about 25 troopers on June 30  2011, killed 13 Pakistan Army troopers and in retaliation for an earlier Pakistan Army soldiers’ gory deed decapitated three dead Pakistani soldiers and brought their heads back as trophies. Had it happened in this government regime, the sky could have no limit of their boasts and breast thumping.

The only difference was that military leadership of the time did not call them carefully calibrated military measures or “surgical strike.” Neither the earlier attack nor the latest one resulted in any restraint on further cross border strike from the other side. Hence the utility of strike must be questioned.
