As an ordinary citizen I wish to get answer of the following:
1.Is drinking constitutional? If yes why driving is
prohibited for a drunk driver? Can an individual protect the sanctity of her under
arm and at the same time allowed to use thrashing tool to thrust the raw rice?
2.It is lawful for one to walk the right lanes &cross
the road carefully but is it constitutional to sleep on either sides of roads
and avoiding to use the available railway stations for slumber? If compulsion or
poverty be the reasons for one to leave his birth place ,half of the population
of some Indian states will have been deserted.?
3,It is observed that the left tire of the vehicle had severe
burst and also the frontal left portion of
the vehicle involved had the worst inflicted accident impact? Has the judge discussed
this also to draw conclusion that it was will full planned murder by the
chopper or accidental event?
4.Bolly wood fraternity was not wrong by forging unity among
them. They are also inspired by other
section of Indian society under such situation. Whether they are right or wrong, the case is decided by a
judge not by a lobby of Bolly wood.
5.Let us admit parallel courts are run by the community of
TV Channels, political parties dominated
by their whims and fancies.
