THE SURGERY OF SURGICAL STRIKE ON 28TH OF SEPTEMBER 2016.

As an ordinary citizen, I have to ask some question:

.#NALIN  kohli M.P .and #BJP spokes persons have been heard mentioning Lt. General DGMO LOC  name and preparation immediately after Uri incident. Mentions were made several times. They gave an impression that he was their darling. The Lt.Gen. was also seen addressing Media and giving assurance to Indian public about  Indian forces capability to strike.

During all these it was mind boggling to find stoic silence by the Chief of the Army who had remarked that It was not the duty of armed force to quell the public uprising (the curfew in Kashmir and its tooth and nail  defiance by the Kashmir teenagers).

It indicated difference between (1) The Government and the Army Chief(2)Differences between DGMO and Army Chief (3)Army Chief nowhere in the team of briefing to day where the top bosses in Union Government celebrated the strike (4)Surgical Strike has always been there in the past between the two sides  but its results were not publicized.(5)The information was passed on piece meal(A)The soldiers in this strike were given  all necessary   cover and support .The  paratroopers sneaked up to 2 to 3 kilometers beyond LOC and targeted the terrorist camps and killed many terrorists.

Later on it was informed , we killed 30 (thirty) to(35) thirty five terrorist .We targeted eight camps and destroyed five 5 of them completely .We killed two Pak soldiers .

The italicized part of news above came to fore in channels, if I am not mistaken, DGMO did not mention it. Only very big bluff masters (idiots) on the enemy side will establish Terrorist camps and carry out their training for decades so close to the LOC always in our shoot out rage. A plane or helicopter if piloted with reasonable average speed can hardly return to its reverse. Maneuvering   demands distance of many kms.

This post inspite of best efforts could not be posted yesterday.

PART-3 :JAMMU AND KASHMIR IMBROGLIO 2016:

 Since the Paradize (Bahisht) was offered by Raja Hari Singh and his Prime Minister Sheikh Abdulla, the father of Farooque Abdullah to India , most of its days went by very turbulent events. Most of the time it was under flame .Lives after lives was lost. Full scale war was fought between the two countries which lasted 22 days in 1965 besides 1948 conflict which necessitated United Nations to intervene.Cease fire and present LOC were the result .Plebe site was offered .Lal Bahadur Shashtri was our Prime Minister. In 1965 .An accord between the countries was reached in Tashkand USSR.

Another war between the two in 1971 (East Pakistan) was dismembered and Bangladesh ,a new country emerged  .It was  liberated by Indian Forces .93 thousand Pakistan soldiers lead by General A.K.Niazi  surrendered in Dhaka before Indian General Arora in Dhaka. Shimla pact    was reached accordingly Pak soldiers were freed .  Zulfiquar Ali Bhuttu (Pak)and Indira Ghandhi(India) signed the agreement. It was not directly related with Kashmir and however the war had a lasting bearing on it .

Maulana Masood Azhar a leading Mujahideen (Pak version),India version a terrorist languishing in Jail during Atal Ji rule  was released in lieu of Indian Airline passengers about eighty in number in Kandhar (Afghanistan)after hijack of a plane by terrorists. Mahbooba Mufti ,the present Chief Minister of Kashmir was kidnapped by the Masood Azhar gang and released .

Kargil war took place .It had presented gory scene of fights and killing of soldiers. Bin ClintonPresident of USA intervened and it was halted. Atal ji and Sharif were prime Minister of their respective countries. It took place in the year 1992.

 Indian Parliament was attacked by terrorists allegedly from Kashmir in 2001. The main attacker Afzal Guru was hanged. Mumbai attack in 2009 is very fresh in our memory. The dare devil attack passed by through sea un retaliated. There is no doubt that Pakistan has been waging proxy wars against India in particular and its  neighboring countries by its well trained guerillas well equipped modern weapons in the name of Kashmir Liberation by its native fighters .It is never a success story nor it can be so far as the liberation of Kashmir is concerned.

 The centuries old brotherhood between Kashmiri Pundits and their Muslim brothers were torn off and several thousand Pundit are displaced and passing their worst days in camps in Delhi. Their return is made almost impossible.

The distrust between Kashmir people and Indian Government is culminating in to pitched battle between Indian Forces and public since 88 days of curfew (most of days) declared and undeclared and the Government in power under Mabooba Mufti  is undone to find solution. Thousands have been arrested, hundreds (mostly teenagers) have been blinded due to pallet gun use. Thousands of them are in Jails. Schools and shops remain closed. There is no sigh of relief and sight of normalcy.

 Meanwhile Uri (LOC )witnessed the most goriest massacre by Pak  trained Mujahideen .18 Indian soldiers in a camp deep in slumber were killed    in a predawn attack in September this year. According to a figure floated in press, 177 terrorists were gun down by Indian forces in a month or so. The matter echoed in United Nations Organization in New York recently. Victory (only verbal duel) is claimed by both the sides , the Government and people.

India says, “ it is blatant attack by Pakistan. Pakistan is hub of terror in the world. It imports terrorist in all parts of world.”Pakistan announces,” it is bogus charge and reiterates the act of killing was executed by Kashmir Liberators.”PART-4 WILL BE CONTINUED.

JAMMU AND KASHMIR CONFLICT ;ITS HISTORY REVISITED:PART-2

The plebiscite promise to UNO was the result our guilt.

The flashing intermittent eruption of emotional outburst among Kashmir people and the bickering in the successive political circle in India and pak has its origin in the manner the two sides of leaderships handled the sensitive issues of partition and violation of its governing clauses agreed upon.

Lord Mountbatten Governor General of India Jawhar Lal Nehru ,Sardar Patel  ,Dr.Rajendra Prasad .Dr.Abulkalam Azad ,Rafi Ahmad Kidwayi, Krishna Menon and their supporting team in Indian camp and Mohammad Ali Jena ,Liyaqat Ali Choudhary Liyaqat Ali Khan and their team in Pak camp had agreed on the articles of British Parliament following the  formula determining the partition :

(1)The states such as Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh)  ,Junagarh (Gujrat),Bhupal (Madhya Pradesh),Jammu &Kashmir (J&K)may remain independent (2)They merge with India or they merge with Pakistan.All the above states suffered from contradictions. Hyderabad State under Nizam was Hindu majority state but its ruler was Muslim. Junagarh was Hindu dominated state but its ruler was Muslim. Bhupal was Hindu dominated state but its ruler was Muslim. Jammu &Kashmir was Muslim majority dominated state but its ruler was Hindu. Historically, politically, and militarily  It was convenient  for Nehru and Patel to attack Hindu populated  states in case they refuse to opt India .This was enacted. All except Hyderabad under Nizam , and to some extent Junagarh under Nawab , merged willy  nilly with India .

The Raja of Jammu and Kashmir and its Prime Minister Sheikh Abdullah(father of Farooq Abdullah)  had decided to be with Pak initially  but the document was not ratified for some reason. The consensus among their courtiers decided in favor of Independent state. The fast changing political scenario lead them to be in doldrums for a brief period  .

The violation of treaty by India provoked Jena and his confidants  (then the English Commander In chief of  Pak Army was kept in darkness) and a junior army officer perhaps from Pathan origin was given the charge to lead with Afghan Mujahideen to attack Kashmir  (Pak lead solders in disguise )to attack this state and the invasion was very swift and in few days ,they reached Srinagar and captured  almost complete but soon they indulged in rioting, loot, arson ,lust and rapes .

The population was shocked from their within .Raja Hari Singh changed his mind and decided to merge with India. He asked India`s help which was conditional to his annexation first which he agreed .Krishna Menon, the defends Minister was flown  to negotiate with Raja Hari Singh .The annexation was made by the Raja not by the population .Nehru at once dropped Indian Army  and it recapture except the Azad Kashmir .The plebiscite was the result our guilt . One cannot deny the legitimate demand of Jammu and Kashmir either to be independent or merge with either of us. Majority of our elected representatives’ and advocates of its present  position are also not aware. Now it is becoming another Palestine conflict, it seems. PART -3 WILL BE CONTINUED.

Among the senior most journalists and author of 22 Fatefull Days and  Reading Between The Lines , is #Kuldeep Nair former M.P and Minister in V.P.Singh regime .He could be an asset in the Television Channels.  #Inder Malhotra ,thank God ,he is not only alive but actively writing very useful dispatches in renowned News Papers. #Arun Shouri like Senior most journalists are also  ignored by the new generation of correspondents .

These gentlemen should have been invited to discuss the Kashmir imbroglio besides being awarded in public by Government of India and other respective organizations.# Karan Thaper#NEWS EX, #Burkha Dutt NDTV24X7,#Rajdeep  Desai and #Rahul Kanwar India To-Day,#Prabhu Choula News voice and #Ravish Kumar and #Abhigyan NDTV can kick off to interview them and know their objective opinions on national issues. It is very disgusting to hear the prejudiced ones shouting on the channels.

WHY# BJP CONCLAVE IN KERALA? WHY THIS SHIFT IN THEIR STAND TO TRY IN THE EAST &EXTREME SOUTH.

I will not delve  upon   the first question .It is in relation to their Hidden agenda well known to them and many Indians .I shall talk about the speech delivered by #Narendra Modi .It was rated very diplomatic and high pitched speech ever given by any Prime Minister in according to most channels including #NDTV 24x7.Every effort was secretly made by #BJP and #RSS in advance to tell the country men through some channels that #Modi will deliver a exclusively historical speech in connection with Uri incident. The emotive speech was reserved and given in the very back ground of Uttar Pradesh election once again to garner support from U.P. electorates. One would have appreciated his good intension if he had gone to reply Nawaz Sharif in the world body United Nations. Country is less significant than his party and election. The impact will vanish in the dust of Uttar Pradesh .He did not mention about floods furry , suicides and injustice to section of Indians .

THE UNSUNG HEROES IN INDIAN ARMY: One General Sangat Singh!

Their disposition and gallantry of armed forces deserves much more mention and chapters in text books prepared by #CBSE. One finds less number of books in schools, colleges and universities about them. How can you infuse enthusiasm among young generation? There should be and independent Department of History and Research under #Indian Defense Ministry besides independent Archeology wing. The unsung heroes history need to be discovered, explored and excavated by the new generation.

The Geniuses in army are the best breeds among human beings .They are found in Indian Armed Forces in all its branches. Geniuses are there in Indian Administrative Services, but most of them have surrendered their genius to the feet of their bosses, the governments lead by elected representatives. I find only some geniuses among elected ones as MLA and MP. The poets, authors and artist are  also among the best geniuses in society .The scientists not all ,are the best of minds according to my estimation. Who can deny the genius of legal fraternity !But one has to choose one sheep among millions in market.

One General Sangat Singh from# Indian Paratroopers had a leading role in the 1971,1965,1962 Indo Pak 1960 ;Indo China,Goa Liberation war .He did facilitate the victory of Indian victory by his wit and bravery in 1971.The fraternity of top officers admit that he was denied top army award such Mahavir Ckakra etc. by his immediate officers including General Arora army commander East .The life history written by an army officer and stories told by top bosses in army confirm this .General Sangat is said to be one of the three world class army officers in the world. He was awarded only Padmvibhushan .His death anniversary passed on 23 of September2016.

The ego of our governors with a few exceptions is as big as British Empire in the past. It may construe uncharitable remark but serious lapses are the result of their killing.

(5)The report of ten terrorist killed by our forces and nonstop news highlight raised great doubts the moment it was transmitted. Only the fools will tread in to death trap in view of the highest alert in the Indian army and the national and international condemnation of the casualties inflicted  by the enemy .The news papers have given wide coverage of this retaliation .There no authentic statement by the government and army. What preparedness is this? Can we win war on propaganda? Secret War Room meeting of the P.M. and his army chief would have safe .Cheap popularity by TV Channels will spoil the nation. Some of the TV Channels are war mongers. Do not run their business.

(6)War prisoners in 1971 in thousands were kept in camps. Such persons are found in all walks of life. It becomes more dangerous if persons of these adjectives are given leading public roles. Such persons are easily identifiable but if they continue to perform the given roles for years , it is dangerous. For examples some spokes persons of political parties, ministers, bureaucrats, journalists, political analysts and experts, saints ,sadhus etc  in various fields of public interests  in our public domain are in our regular observations and assessments .Increase of  compulsive, impulsive, coercive, rash ,brash ,reckless, madcap, hasty and other kind of persons is noticeable everywhere. No efforts are made to prepare and trained persons of opposite characters. “Yen ken praken , येन केन प्राकेणड I Only I  am right, “is their eternal philosophy.

It would have been appreciated if bureau of psychology if  in this country gives time to  make in-depth  study   to high light such  personalities and include it in syllabi of higher education; political  science or respective other specialized fields ,such as journalism ,teaching ,medical science ,marketing and above in  administration .

It is not difficult to identify them .The enlightened ones preferably clean conscience persons are able to make out such repulsive persons. These days Television channels, their anchors, correspondent and some invitees are heard and discussed by large numbers of viewers. IS SYRIA ON ITS LAST FUNERAL PIER AND BEING DELETED FROM WORLD MAP? :

 FIVE YEARS WAR TERROR AGAINST INNOCENTS IN MIDDLE EAST:

Five years war have destroyed Syrian cities, left hundred thousand  dead and half the population domestically displaced or sheltered elsewhere in the world.  Who murdered them? Who displaced them ,needs answers first from #Asad and #America and the rest .This Hafiz must have studied the Holy Book which predicts the fate of a despot.

 Shia Sunni Schism is the most suited  weapon to United States of America and Putin of Russia who is only interested to fry fish from the troubled water  to retain the their main route Mediterranean route   under Hafiz- al-Asad ,the President of Syria. He is tired and sees his earth slipping from under his feet. Asad  roared he would recapture the entire lost territory . The best turning point is now his exit after 18 months.

USA is worn out, Russia is tired , Iran and his Hizbullah see their mercenaries  Russia parting their ways ,the largest alliance of non Shiites Sunni  states stand united with power and petrol. Ground reality is totally against Asad, therefore chances of peace in Syria is bright.

Notable feature is the challenge given to these players by forces yet not defeated  .If they have single handed fought war for five years  against the combined world class forces ,this force should not been not be really powerful as it looks.

We have parents killing and selling their children .We find sons and daughters doing vice versa. Living relationship is recognized. Agitations are going on for legalizing prostitution and gay cult. Do we not differentiate between good or bad? Do we not distinguish between deviants, debased and otherwise in our society?

The women fold of  late specially the very educated ones are bound to get delayed marriages for various social wants & practices over powered by higher, professional education, greed on the part of father-in- law and luxurious life style of society and personal preferences. Eagerness  for entering in to marriages are slowly disappearing .Free from social obligations , painful social demands and show off are dictating our life .Do we foresee the kind of society is in making?

How can an Indian male think of donating his seamen to an Indian woman whom he is not formally wedded? How can a woman born in India think of offering her uterus to accommodate semen of man she is never married to him? Is this act not adultery punishable under law? Whether dropping semen outside her body or inside, it is an adultery, according to my estimation. The childless can have a child but find out better ways, husband can have second wife. Perhaps Islam has solved this ambition.

Gays are also deviants in society because they deliberately deprived themselves of the fascination of natural course of satisfaction and developed liking for the worst alternatives and, we want to reward them by parting our resources for their evil acts.  Likes for entering in to marriages are slowly vanishing .Free from social obligations and painful social demands and show off are dictating our life.

The craze of foreigners landing in India for this allurement is baffling. We cannot have trade with our nature .This trend is gaining momentum as its real strength is commercialization as against civilization . How can a baby be our biological child? The role of leadership is intriguing and is leaning towards abnormal curve. This time it will not be RSS but country defeated, by the so called gazette patriots. The #congress were never less infected(communally) than #BJP during its rule .The difference between the two is (A)at no point of time their top party  bosses  or prime minister and his cabinet ministers ever displayed their hidden communal tinges in public and in press in states and centre. At times the country witnessed unprecedented communal flare-ups. In all cases anti socials join hands in killing and looting but the lead was taken by all.... #RSS were in hand and glove.

The further down fall of Secularism in India and with serious erosion and apparent footing of deep rooted corruption and valueless governance in the then Congress rule at centre paved way for #BJP in seat of governance in 2014 under Shri  Narendra Modi leadership .The# RSS  sharing of seats with their known friends of saffron colors and brigade of radical outfits has moved forward leaps and bounds to display all their ignoble social divisions, fearlessly expressed and enacted in public now.

The Mandal Commission under the initiative of V.P.Singh divided the communal brigade forever and emergence of regional leaders (POWERS OF RIGHT THINKING POLITIONS ) are  working as buffers . During the regime of #Modi who is alimony of #RSS Organization at Nagpur Maharashtra, turmoil is in the peak and THE DIFFICULTY OF BEING INDIAN of the kind ,we see floated, is  threatening indeed. The turmoil is baffling .In the past, we had its natural shape and form in the past and now it is defaced and deformed. देवरिया  ,उत्तर  प्रदेश  में  खाट अथवा  खटिया  ,किसान  मिलन ,राहुल  गाँधी  बीच  में  किसान  उनके  इर्द   गिर्द ,आगे ,पीछे .पहली  बार  हमारा वास्तविक  भारत  ,हमारे  लोगों  को  उनके  शुद्ध  रूप  में  बिना  लाग्  लपेट  इस  सभा  का  आरम्भ  हुआ  और  इसी  पर  इस  का  सुन्दर  अंत  भी   अति  दर्शनीय  था . किसी  भी  नुक़्तए नज़र से  सरल  और  मासूम  महिलाएं  और  वास्तविक  रूप  इस  सभा  का  सब  से  सुन्दर  दृश्य  था .न  विरोध ,न  लूट , न आग ,लेकिन  शुद्ध  भागीदारी  आदि से  अंत  तक  दिखाई  दी .मुझे  बहुत  अच्छा  लगा .सुख की अनुभूत हुई .खटिया  भारत  बहुत  ही  सुखदायी  होने  वाला  है  .कुछ  के   लिए  दुखदायी  संकेत  भी था .

किसी   न  किसी  की  खटिया  खड़ी  होगी  .किसी  न  किसी  दल  को  खटिया  मिली  गई . उन  सभी  किसानों  और   महिलाओं  ,जवानों और  बच्चे  और  बूढ़े  किसी  भी  दृष्टकोण  से  चोर  लुटेरे  नहीं  लग  रहे  थे .ऐसा  लगा  जैसे  उन्ह  सब  कुछ  बाराती  होने  के  नाते  सौगात  में  मिला  हो .टूटी ही  सही , जूठी  ही  सही , इस  लूट  का  कुछ  और  ही  सुख  है .मैं  अनुरोध  करूँ  गI  की  लड्डू  और  मिनरल  पानी  का  प्रबंध  उनेह  आज़ादी  के  बाद  का  स्वाद  तो  गया होगा .

Our leaders did well to water down the situation at their level in their humblest ways.

 Their refusal to talk to them for any reason was not historically praise worthy.Those Member of Parliament have succeeded in demonstrating their morals and intent towards toning down the burning fire in the valley. Silence has a louder tongue and it will be understood by those who are severely hit by   the unforeseen boiling events.

But turban dhari truck agitators planned to abuse these member of parliament in their own shabby language  .Do they have guts to solve the crisis ?It was dismaying that they targeted Owaisi .The Chief Ministers masculine tone is also a hurdle in her administration and healing touch .

THE TEACHERS DAY 2016 IN INDIA : THE ROLE OF A TEACHER BEGINS WHEN EVERY THING FAILS AND LIGHT IS REQUIRED(DR ZAKIR HUSAIN,FORMER PRESIDENT ).

It is the intellectual brand of any society which paves ways for its growth. Teacher too fall in this class along with scientists, jurists ,lawyers, varsity professors, writers, authors, poets and now journalists in a free country, artists and army. All cannot be one and the same. To me a teacher is one who does not suffer from the two complexes; inferiority and arrogance. Anger is no more his master. The stick/caning is the gun of the weak. Immorality has no room in this profession .They can neither reform nor transform .Students refuse to learn even from their scholarship. The words of teachers and more of their good conduct inspire the students. I had great teachers. If I had a camera to catch images of minds to record their face, physique and faculty, I could have shown them to you today to envy .

The profession is challenging and very difficult. I have seen post graduate teachers dictating their students on papers abuses against their officers and colleagues to dispatch by post. I have seen principals black mailing their teachers under them and inciting them against their colleagues. I caught their anonymous letters got written by them to their bosses. The whole of life such men centers on such actions. Within these one must learn to resolve and perform .

 I have seen animal dung thrown on their doors by students in nights against teachers who terrorize their students.  I have seen and caught professors to dictate question papers to their beloved students well before exam. I have seen teachers hitting around the small kids belly by the cord of weaved electric wires in the name of discipline. Dr Zakir Husain former President used to say that the role of a teacher begins when everything fails and light is required. The teachers do not live by bread alone.

I must have repented if I had not retired as one among Teachers? Joining, working for decades and retiring from one of units (#AEES) Mumbai of #Department of Atomic Energy Government of India will always remembered by me. It was rewarding to be one of the highest corrupt free family units in the same India which suffer from this evil.

It is due to the patronage and administrative guardianship of DAE unit chiefs, the quality of life , crunch of necessary requirements , finance and innovations in education were never felt. The company of scientists, leaders of top ranking officers and interactions with all them put us on high pedestals. Ours were day schools but imagine the company our children with their children, their wives and the whole of colony life , living and service facilities.

My working in different back grounds; government offices, private industries, private schools ,sainik school ,university, the teachers training colleges before and after retirement in south ,social fields , politics etc. forces me  to reiterate that DAE Schools have produced world class citizens ,leaders ,officers and so on because these schools have an army of excellent teacher by and large to lay the basic foundation in them .The forums of their reforms and transformations are inbuilt of DAE Units all over. The credit goes to the Chairmen of Atomic Energy commission since it came in to existence.

No one can guarantee what is going to happen in India when we have such brand of politicians playing such dubious roles.

Having failed to share the political taste ,a political wing ,Jan Sangh was floated which made no big headway and later #BJP offshoot had an easy access to share the political experience due to political exigencies and turmoil in 1975. For the first time #RSS got a chance to rub its feathers with bureaucrats and power sharing party directly.

Later Shri Lal Krishna Advani lead  a Rath Yatra .Demolition of Babri Mosque in Ayodhya (Faizabad ),in Uttar Pradesh, the then BJP Chief Minister #Kallayan Sign who is now Governor of Rajashthan  and Kar sewak trained by #RSS  successfully demolished the mosque on 6^th December 1992.This lead a large scale looting ,arson and killing in all parts of India. It was the worst than the partition ( 1947)  mayhem .The internal disturbance was celebrated as a  victory and relished by all radicals and also so called secular  Indians more overtly and a little less in magnitude covertly including congress elected legislatures with some whom I traveled from Mumbai to Jamshedpur .They dropped their journey at Nagpur .They had come to attend the winter assembly session  .

I came to know their minds for I had no chance of disclosing my identity in second class A/C which shook them only in the late night  when the T.T. came to trace khan sahib to allot him a confirmed berth against his RAC seat.  The previous evening my upper caste Hindu friends (colleagues) in BARC guest house mocked me on this victory. Prior to the demolition I was traveling from Ranchi University to Jamshedpur with varsity Dean , Registrar and his inspecting team officials who suddenly burst and  made mockery of me as if I had built the Mosque by pulling down the Ram Mandir. It was when #Advani Saheb was arrested by #Lalu Prasad at Patna while on his trip to Ayodhya.The came in power at centre as Deputy and Home Minister.

The brand of euphoria vanished soon. Our relations working aswell social were repaired and restored. It were due to opposition of intellectual’s fraternity, media men, channels and new generation after 1992 vibrant and reasonable.  TO BE CONTINUED.

(7) Dependence(ICU) on ancient  books; epics and shabby stories of value and valor. (8)Historically inbuilt deep hatred nurtured towards Islam and very large followers in India.

Three strongest  items at serial no.(2,4,8) of the above listed weapons (A)Sakhas(B)Regular but periodic announcement of entry of men and women in #RSS (Concocted) and (C)hatred nurtured towards a very strong section of Islam in India , are used as most effective propaganda weapons to facilitate  their   expansionist design and popularize these largely among mediocre and timid section of Indian society .

The# RSS ideology was defeated first in 1947 when partition of India took place and an independent country came in to being on a religious back drop in our Western border. #The RSS saw its second defeat when there came in existence  Bangla Desh in our East. China in our North of the country has already usurped about 5000 square miles of our territory. Geographically, the Arab and Indian Oceans are our defense citadels. No scam can be as Himalayan in the history of post independent India as that of their Vayapum  in M.P., a sex scandal and Lalitgate in Rajashthan,#Raman Rice  Disgrace ,and Raman Naxalite hounding in Chattisgarh.

Agitating against #AAP Chief #Arvind Kejriwal  for his quick decision to sack his Cabinet Minister #Sandeep who is presently shielding his alleged act of sex scandal (seems true prima facet) under the Dalit cover by #BJP by all yardstick  raise  doubts if it was in his favour or against Sandeep, now criminal and in dock in the eyes of just public?

The# BJP Delhi  has no morals to snub Kejriwal and his party   of incapables and corrupts. #BJP has a cipher record of  public image in all states . It is amusing that not one of the 282 Member of Parliament is found guilty in their political carrier .They are the only celestial being in parliament. Dragging crowds of their support on day today basis , the party  is exhibiting its hollowness and calling itself as a holy cow.
