But court failed to fore see the inherent love ( insatiability) of the users whose drinking and drug addiction tongues are the lengthiest
of the smell power of dogs . The freedom to run wine shops at distance of 500
meters from the highways will have hardly any effect on drunk driving and
drivers. Ice boxes with vodka
and wine will be easily available to all drinkers.The wine dealers will build access roads which are not banned by the court.
The Supreme Court of India of late has been doing what
Central Government failed to do. Its latest verdict that the State and National
High Ways will have no Wine Shops on either side of the ways of the roads with
effect from April 2017.Although late but praise worthy decision .
