(e)The Chief Justice statement and opinion of his two colleagues that the case was very sensitive and the apex court can not sit in seat to go in to its investigation itself is an admission that there was an urgent need of its examination with all those doubtful details. The appointment of #Ani Ambani and his company at the cost of Public Sector Aeronautic company .The  verdict and wordings suggest very childish approach . Instead of roping in to in depth details of all the alleged criminals from all sides ,the court has given a verdict which is unconvincing even to 6^th sense.
