SUPREME COURT OF INDIA GAVE VERDICT ON VERY SENSITIVE RAFAEL (WAR PLANES)UNDER HAND DEAL BY THE PRESENT REGIME .IT WILL REMAIN
UNCONVINCING IN THE HISTORY OF JUDICIARY .
The Apex court and its supremacy in mind, investigation and
far farsightedness is Supreme no doubt but this school of thought is also not infallible.
The verdict fails to convince common
sense and common man .
(1)If it was an issue manufactured by Rahul Gandhi of All
India Congress against #Narendra Modi alone ,it could have been digested .What
stopped him to fail to register this case in Supreme Court of India against the
harbinger of sensitiveness and national security .Why did he not came clean
with figures and facts in light of already prescribed in procurement of Army
requirements? And keeping silence on this case also was disturbing .It is also
not true.
(2)The petitioners were none but men of highest cadre of
politicians and public fields who belonged to the party of #BJP .To name them
it were ;
(a)Yaswant Sinha, an ex man and mind from Indian
Administrative Service who later joined politics.
(b) One of the well known international journalist #Arun Shouri
was the second petitioner. How the two can be inferior to our court
justices .
.(c)Prashant Bhushan is not an ordinary mind in the
arena of judicial institutions of India who came forward to piloted the case. (d)Where
has gone the probe by Defense Parliamentary committee ?
(e)The Chief Justice statement and opinion of his two
colleagues that the case was very sensitive and the apex court can not sit
in seat to go in to its investigation itself is an admission that there was an
urgent need of its examination with all those doubtful details. The appointment
of #Ani Ambani and his company at the cost of Public Sector Aeronautic company .The
verdict and wordings suggest very
childish approach . Instead of roping in to in depth details of all the alleged
criminals from all sides ,the court has given a verdict which is unconvincing even
to 6th sense.
The army officers who toed the lines of the government, the governments
officials who succumb to them all deserve in depth investigation. The lame
argument of rejection of petition is baffling.
It has offered an open attack on the whistle blowers.
May be the judges may have in their minds bigger punishment
to #Modi in some other case and in some
other form. Only the time will reveal it. Investigation by journalists and
other agencies in and out side world will clear the clouds .This is urgently
and much needed .
