The discovery of this ‘SKILL’ terminology by academicians in India working in HRD,NCERT,CBSE NEW DELHI  has perpetuated confusion in these  organizations and many are tired of the excessive use of ‘skill’ terminology .One finds them in CBSE and teacher Education syllabus since decades. The love for this terminology in Modi must have influenced their company .Otherwise no sensible person will hypnotized the gathering of 542 M.P`s listening his innovation. The antonyms of the word ‘scam ‘is lawful earning. The combination as attack on the previous PM was confusing. Modi while out smarting others has displayed out of context and selected wrong combination of phrase . The synonyms of scam is : cheat ,trick ,dodge, swindle, sting ,fiddle, rip off.  Whereas the synonyms of skill is ability, talent ,cleverness,dexterity ,expertise,proficiency ,skillfulness,handiness. The scam masters do posses all the above traits: ability,talent cleverness, dexterity ,expertise, proficiency  ,skillfulness, handiness.

Kindly note the following examples: I have no skill in sewing. My mother is skilled in dressmaking .Nursing is highly skilled job.

Indian society is dominated by skilled men and women all over the country , they are not getting jobs. The agencies involved in producing and preparing skilled categories are public sector and unorganized sector.

We have erected multistory building where the masons are skilled workers. Zari work of Lucknow is skill oriented art. Varanasi weavers weave world class saries  ,work force involved in this industry is skilled force of artisan. A Bible can be written on this .He has shown his ignorance.
