1. It is common knowledge in state of United Andhra Pradesh in particulars that students are drown in rivers, beaches, reservoirs, sagars every year .The  educational institutions and parents do not fail to include visit of these places as part of their tours Trips. Why ?

2.Is the security of life of a students only the sole responsibility of other agencies such as State Government of Himachal Pradesh ? The young engineers and their college management  has nothing to do with it?

3. Why could not they find better place than the River Biyas bank and the river beds chosen by them ? Was it essential for all the twenty fours students and their guide to go for photograph in mass?

4.Is the hooter(standard practice) sure and short safety measures? How law abiding are we in this country? Who and how students going from outside state understand the language and message of  Hooter which are commonly used  in industries and companies.?

The Chief Minister of Himachal was not wrong in expecting the teaching faculty to work as the guide and protector? The TV Channel `s objection on CM`S remark was wrong and misleading.
