HINDI SHOULD BE
LANGUAGE OF THE INDIAN COURTS:
The lawyers are the real rogues but also the real Vaidyacharya
of this rogue. All political parties in
sub continent mention every non- sense in their manifesto except the agenda of
offering justice, the first, the only and foremost requirements of one and all.

duly supported (100%) by Tulsi that it was travesty that the client is devoid
of judgment in his language in the supreme court. The question confronts us ,”
is the client participating in arguments, documentation and day to day
technicalities in the courts?” Is he /she fully aware of the acts and rules
essential to the cases required in wining and pleading cases . Will he not
engage an advocate to present this point of views?. Will there be no
requirements of community of lawyers now and in future? Why this love for
client and his mother tongue? The jargon of legalities is not his cup of tea.
What to talk of clients? I have been perusing/attending
court cases for the past eight months religiously. In ninety five percent cases
the clients never come and their interest is to win or install justice through
their lawyers. The government lawyers are seen in hand and glove with opponents.
I have not seen the faces of the two petitioners against me(Housing
Society)during these months. Will the advocate withdraw themselves from this
field ? It is possible. Taking dates after dates on flimsy ground is their
service. Many are unprepared and recourse to other silly methods.
