EMERGENCY BY STEALTH CAN HAPPEN IN INDIA

 Emergency by stealth can happen in India. Mrs. Indira Gandhi was half hearted authoritarian .Emergency in 1975 lasted only 21 months in her regime. Post Emergency Government under Murar Desai dismantled  her constitutional amendments in this respect thus baring the future political government to proclaim emergency. Most authoritarian has taken over the country and if he proposes to suspend the constitution it requires support of the  Army which  not possible. Undeclared Emergency is more dangerous. The present Central authority is getting momentum day by day.

(1)Pretence of parliamentary democracy and quietly taking away fundamental rights is in the offing .The first sign of interference is with judicial system, Demolition of Judicial Collegiums for selection of judges; the balance of power shifts to Executive. It is reason for disquiet.

(2)Sweeping action against thousands of NGO`s working since long in the country for the good of this country in the of financial mismanagement /violation of FERA is a mere pretext. The human rights violation by men in power were challenged by them.

(3)The premier investigative agencies IB,CBI,NIA made  subservient to toe their line of thinking. The recent disclosure by ASG associated with Malegaon Blast Case that the officer was pressurized to go soft on the accused involved means denial of justice and anarchy in India.

(5)demolition of Indian Planning Commission and bringing in Niti Ayog(Ayog of one man show) in its place for no reason or rhyme.

(6)Ministry of HRD Headed by headless figures, the Union Minister with ding dong bachelors degree. The state Union Minister involved in forging mark sheet. Can any one of them ever compete   the former legends; Maulana Azad, Professor Humayun Kabir, M.C.Chagla, Madho Rao Scindhia , Murli Manohar Joshi,Kapil Sibbal etc. Controversies after controversies’ have been bereaving since their take over and  their intentions (hidden agenda)&moves.
