UNACCOUNTABLE MONEY EXTORTION BY POLITICIANS IN POWER IN THIS FASHION MUST HAVE BEEN DECLARED AN ACT OF TREASON.

Who is supreme;#the supreme court of India or the fright from  supreme leader of Indian government(#Narendra Modi)? It is the later. Dismissal of Prashant Bhushan`s PIL seeking probe in to the alleged underhand but clear case of illegal huge amount of funding to a fearsome #BJP leader who happens to be the Prime Minister of India now  recorded honestly by a well known Indian capitalist NOT DEAD in his parallel  personal account diary in existence since decades as a living evidence of payment which by NOW must have been accorded as an authentic document to curb the practice of money (fund )extortion by politicians in power and declared an act of treason by the recipients, is a black day in the history of Indian judiciary.

Document has been recorded by  a living world known figure in India . If that is not the a case worth suing, the judge must have summoned the Owner of this document and ordered institution of a case of rare defamation .The giver is alive.

There is no justice, this dismissal suggests .The authority in power cannot be questioned .The Supreme Court is going to be known as a coward institution in the republic of India. The concluding observation of judge is DIPLORABLE that the persons in highest seat of administration will stop working if ACCEPTED this type of PIL. Was it a dismissed by a bench or a single judge ,is not clear?
