lie and bluff and misleading the
country. Setup an enquiry and verify my pains and anger. This is true story of
your success and support you are getting . You must go to dogs.
The ATM Managers in connivance with finance ministry have decentralized
the rising resentment by opening them but without money. The Machines keep on
playing hide and seek. The limit imposed by all the banks and ATM managers is
practice. Brief history of torments.
11 the of January
I live in a locality
which has as many as 13 ATMs .All but a
few have their shutters down; a feeling that one is free to draw
necessary amount as when the need be. I went in to action on 11,12 and 13th
of January at about 14 hours .(1)SBH ATM
with two machines inside a rented road side shopping centre wasted my 18 to 20 minutes time besides
irritating .Few others halted their vehicles and approached there. Trial and
error methods began .There was no result. There were neither any instructions .no a sentry to
assist nor the shutters downed to waste our time , energy and make us
infuriated.
(2)SBI ATM: No Security guard ,shutter up ,one machine, no
display of assistance any wher.The process began and yielded no result .I left
in dejection.(3) The official on duty of the ICICI Branch ATM , told that one
can withdraw four thousand .It was done.(4)My Mrs. succeeded in getting Rs. two
thousand fixed from Southern India Bank in her first attempt as guided by the
Bank Manager. Display of instruction read as Rs.2000 notes only. How much one
can draw ,there was no assistance. (5)SBH ATM two numbers in the campus of the
Branch Bank without money. Many innocents card holders returned off hand in spite
of their repeated efforts. The shutters
remain open .What a bluff to prompt the accounts holders but with zero result.
12th of January
(!)SBH ATM.I barged in to it early .It had two machines .Partition iron
stand was kicked aside. Declined garbage
of receipt papers dumped &strewn here and there in thick numbers .Time was
11 0` Clock.I swiped the Debit card banking
entered the pin number,touched the
withdrawal, pin code and amount 4500.00 .Payment declined .Display popup instruction stated to enter less than 15000.00
/I jumped in to air entered an amount of Rs. 10 thousand. ,Result was thengah. Half
a dozen accounts holder were waiting in queue behind me out side. I had to
leave .Went ahead towards (2) SBI ATM with one machine in the opposite row .Door was open but who was guarding it ware none but Ram & Rahim turn by turn ,Jesus due to
24x7 hours duty had disappeared. Answer came ; enter less than ten thousand. I tried,
the response was “No cash ,see some nearby SBI ATM”.I abandoned the proposed
step three .
13th of January 2017
It was the repetition of 11th January, 2017 events.(1)SBI
ATM SBH inside the building of the Branch bank with two machines ;one of out of
cash notice . The next was accessed with all necessary steps of processes . Payment
was declined due to available denominations notes .Approached an employee who confirmed
withdrawal of Rs. 4500.00 .Happy note but all efforts went in vain. Some
gentlemen queuing behind suggested for 2000.00 entry. I swiped and the
instruction popped up at once ,collect your cash but wait for the amount out and do not leave the
venue /machine .Waited for ten minutes. It breathed its last .I went to the manager
who advised for getting mini statement .By the time I reached the said machine, it read “temporarily out of order.”
Left the bank and went to nearby ICICI ATM .The security
guard on duty told for Rs.4500.00 entry . Payment declined. I procured the mini
statement which said Rs 2000.00 with drawn .I ran to SBH Branch Manager who advised
for correspondence with SBI Bank of my account.#NDTV24X7,#INDIA TODAY.
