must be treated as a big break throw in respect of delivery of justice in India
which indeed be adjudged by people so disappointed from the judicial system till
date. It has not only surprised but
surpassed all previous records with respect to delivery of justice in five
months span by sentencing all the 11 accused including the# BJP team leader which
lynched an innocent Muslim driving flock of animals for marketing. The verdict
must have restored the confidence in the aggrieved party. It has strengthened the
spirit of democratic environs in India aswell . Hope similar other cases will be
decided before 2018.
