15th October 2018  BY train no.12184 ,PARTAPGARH BHOPAL SUPER FAST VIA AMETHI, RAE BARELY ,LUCKNOW ,KANPUR, URAI ,JHANSI .
Dear friends ,you saw the transparency , governance and monitoring of Rail services in my first episode , posted on 20th of October 2018.The second episode begins from my journey from Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh to Jhansi under Northern Railway Lucknow by Pratapgarh Bhopal Superfast Express  on 15 th of October in second A-1 /AC berth number  6 .The PNR NO: 2833531222 enable me to travel.The train started at  19:10 hours .It started at a right time for its destination Jhansi via Lucknow and  Kanpur central . When I opened my eyes I found this train stationed before Lucknow Charbagh at a station not very far off .It was 02.00 ie the train was late by four hours and it was able to run only 160 km in nine hours ,18  km per hour.
It had to arrive at Jhansi at 03:35 hours but crawled to reach there at 0820 on16th of October.  It was late by five hours. I did not find any wrong with the driver and  guard .There were no mechanical problem either .
Will the Chief General Manager Northern Railway explain what made this train to reach late by five hours and who were the officers responsible to operate the run of this train. Who will pay for our  mental agony ?Episode three shall be posted in the late this evening.
