MARITAL RAPE WITHIN THE AMBIT OF SEXUAL OFFENSES
The Mahila empowerment appears to

or not.

issue. To prove a case one requires an eye witness .In this case who will be there in the family to submit evidences
against the alleged husband cum perpetrator and whether a court of law shall be
capable to dispense with such judicial dispensations. There is a history of regular covert cum artificial
(dramatized) fake denial of entering in to cohabitation with husbands by scores
of wives due to unexplained reasons. Were she and her supporters trying to disintegrate
a family for the wellbeing of their offspring?
It is very thorny to be mother of
a child than becoming lawyer, army officers, astronauts, actress administrators
and so on. The women have given up their fundamental tasks of motherhood and result is the imbalanced
social order full of ambiguities .The advocates of gender equation fail to fore
see the inherent fall out of this philosophy.
It is not the gender equality
which determines the demonstration of one’s outer and inner merits but the kind
and quality of works /assignments /social responsibilities discharged by one.
History is without a female prophet out of one lakh and twenty four thousand
chosen by Him,(The Lord our universe).One can seek confirmation from the Zeus, the
Christians, the Muslims faithful at least. Do they want to declare that there
is no role for the creator of this universe in designing and assigning the role
of each one of His creatures in the sky, the earth and in between these? Locate
