SWORD OF DAMLOC HANGING ON THE HEAD OF INDIAN JUDICIARY
The worst happening of the year 2009 - 2013 is the de-facto role of political parties specially the BJP and Indian audio visual (television media) in dispensation of justice well before it is decided by the court of law. First they pass their judgment with television channels as their mouth piece whose nonstop arguments make educated youths prejudiced and they form an un amended opinions well before the investigation and judgments passed by the courts. If it is matching their predetermined judgment, well and good but if it is just the reverse, all of them agitate. This undermines the dispensation of justice by the honorable courts. Of late this phenomenon has taken toll of judiciary as well as governance. A sense of fear in them going against the public version of justice is born .This trend is detrimental in democracy .The media is inviting their chosen clients and they are adding fuel to the fire. This business is having business with lives of this nation.
Whereas the member of the parliament are there to legislate laws but instead have forgone it and are bent upon passing judgments about cases being examined by the judiciary. The Bhartiya Janta Party has ruined the forum of Parliament and has begun playing de facto role in giving judgments on the concocted evidences it has invented.
For example ,it (Rajnath) summits that it has evidence that his Rajasthan Minister was not involved in the counter killing of Shorabuddin and Ishrat Jahan . Arun Jaitly states that CBI is implicating him on the dictates of the ruling party. The CBI counters it by explaining that the FIR is lodged on the evidence it has. Will the court decide who is correct? The BJP`S cat and mouse run is leading this country towards chaos.
Why they are opening their dirty mouth when the case in the court. In my (common man) case the CBI is right and in their case CBI is wrong. In my case the police investigation is right and in their case it is wrong. Where are we going? Mere mention of CBI Director that it has yet to lay hands on hard evidences to arrest Bansal has made them mad. The Partiality of CBI is questioned by the party. Why do they not invite the CIA and FBI .They have already destroyed the credibility of CBI and other investigating agencies. Now the judicial system is hit. Let them investigate and decide the cases.
