THE RAILGATE SCAM SO IMPORTANT FOR THE BJP TO DEMAND THE MINISTER`S RESIGNATION AND THE MEDIA ALSO MAKING STRONG A CASE.

May I ask all those battling to suggest the resignation of the Minister whether those arrested so far named him in this scam? Does any law of the land permit the prosecution of the Minister if his wife ,son ,daughter and relatives commit fraud inside  or outside the domain of his ministry? Why the opposition do not legislate a law to put an end to this humbug of resignation surfacing on account of moral ground since long? What fundamental improvement in the working of railways did take place after Late Shashri `s resignation except that he was admired and continue to be popular .It has raised his stature only.
The grounds put forward by the two are; moral grounds, apprehension of causing hindrances in investigation, the example of Late Lal Bahadur Shashtri and promise of promotion of the interested officer of joint secretary level. Why is not the media inviting other imminent layers and stalwarts from other national parties on this account? Is cheating by his nephew and company not possible?
Those sitting outside the fence of real life are not aware with the character of manipula1tions by an actor well versed in this art of fraud. The speaker (late)of Utter Pradesh assembly in sixties or so  was an ex professor of a renowned college .He was a devoted colleague of Dr. Lohia .It was natural for him to allow his students accessibility and  one of them manage to sit with him in his official car sat in his car with him. This closeness was watched by the public known to the student who approached him for getting their works done .The public were assured by him that their works will be done for which they were gladly offering hand some money to the students .This was never in the knowledge of the professor (speaker). The public works were never done. When asked the student will say he has paid the money to the department officer concerned, if they have not done the work, he is not responsible.
It is needless to say that even now the supporters getting some photo graphs with ministers and his letter of recommendation are  freely used by all political party workers ,and to your surprise many big officers are carried away by such presentations .Few do not pay attention to it.
The stories of tenders are not new. Such manipulations are order of the day in administrations and business. It is not confined to government offices; it is rampant in private sectors also. The crooked companies bribe the decision makers. The highest bidder thus wins the tender.BJP knows it. Perhaps the new comers in media are an exception. All such manipulations happen in the régime of stereotyped and weak administration.
I know an organization of central Government where the recruitments were made followed by issuing of appointments .A group of dispatch officials will detain these letters knowing the content (appointment order) and depute one or two trained brokers among them to approach the candidate on his address  and negotiate the money laundering from the persons (mostly locals). The persons will gladly offer handsome money. He will be handed over the readymade appointment letter thinking his bribe had done it .Mere information of appointment and detention of such orders continued fetching money for years .One day a candidate approached the office and inquired if money is to be paid for his   appointment? This case revealed their modus operandi. The culprits were prosecuted.
His nephew can also apply his mind prone to frauds .He must have built a net work or network invented by the persons involved. Blaming Bansal is too early and is biased from all accounts. Only the academicians, disgruntled politicians and media editors are sharing their opinions. One cannot come to power by mudslinging and resorting to flimsy grounds.
