Is the छल,कपट और कुचक्र  the only way to ascend a throne?

This issue had been raised first by L.K.Advani in eighty`s as a political ploy against Muslims in Assam and congress government in particular and India in general to create fear among Hindus that their land ,business and future is endangered by the migrants crossing India Bangladesh border to fetch better life here. This issue has been highlighted in Parliament, electioneering and other forums but not during #BJP`s short regime. Are these migrants Hindus or Muslims or both? The overall emphasis and agitation points finger towards Muslims. As an ordinary citizen I fail to convince myself if anyone one on earth poor or victim of internal conflicts or war fought on his soil will cross his mother land /birth place  over the neighboring border state and seek refuge in other country.

The 1971 war between India and West Pakistan and atrocities committed by Pak forces must have forced the local Hindus preferably to protect their lives from the Pakistan army and come to stay in friendly country India. The Bengali origin people must have also accompanied them during the crisis. After restoration of peace and return of self government under Late Mujeeb-u Rrahman,Bengali s must have returned to their country.

Who are the people actually who came to settle in Assam? What compel them to stay away here inspite of hue and cry and why? BJP had been making it an issue against Congress an easy ploy of appeasement and very recently Modi declared that he is  in power will chase them away to  their land .This first resulted in riots killing about 43 persons and then fetching eight Member of Parliament seat in 2014 general election.  Modi and his party needs to clarify it in Parliament as an answer to this mystery or myth to avoid in vitiating good will among all .
