BUDGET 2015-2016 OF GOVERNMENT OF INDIA &COMMUNITY OF CHILDREN :

Government can fix and decide the prices of cigarettes, tobacco ,cars and  computers but not the prices of rice, pulse , milk and bread! What an irony! It is a budget presented by a Government which is completely insensitive (sensitive towards thechild`s   birth)towards children’s  upbringing ,education ,emotion and their health requirements .They are  neither safe in families nor do they find them safe in temple of learning. The society is cruel to them in hundreds of ways. The governments create infrastructures such as wine industry, food companies, textile mills& environmental hazards to render them deaf and dump.  Budget is silent on it because now their parents ,grand  parents and youths by and large do not share their painful nurture ,ill health and upbringing.

This involves them to spend decades for becoming a useful ideal citizen. With the globalization awareness demands that their families are given benefits of using haggis, diapers, baby soaps ,tonics and checkup  , children hospitals and many other concessional benefits required to make really good and great India. Make India Slogan will remain hollow otherwise. Are not the children kidnapped & killed  ? Do they not require protection? They are deprived of emotional needs. Maladjusted are born.

The generation grows on the strength of these children.  I have seen parents selling them; killing them &canning them .They suffer silently because of absence of their tongues. These days the mothers are in the forefronts to harass them by not giving breast feeding, watching televisions with their children in their laps till late hours(11.30 1230) in many cases. The child`s sleep is snatched and his mental health is put on fire. I have seen mothers performing pooja and allowing the newly born babies cry hours together  in early mornings unable to distinguish right from wrong.

#Sattyarthi ,an Indian got noble prize for his fight against the children`s exploitation. #Modi occasionally speak to them on few selected occasions which is only laden with political motives to garner votes. Muslim ruled countries are gradually becoming rogue nations due their sluggish and bad rule of their rulers. Treaties, alliances, agreements, reconciliation, negotiations ,surrenders ,give &take and forgiveness are some their known weapons and practices in history  to alleviate the public atrocities. He does not deserve to be Shah on account of this failure to get the release of his pilot , some  Jordanian loved one who was said to be burnt alive by equally abnormal fighters. The sky would not fallen if he IF HE He got panicky to hang the two jailed terrorists since long that too one of them is woman. The sky would have not fallen on him if she was released to obtain the pilots release an asset to Shah but he acted on the dictate of USA. The public of Jordan must have agitated against his Shah first rather shouting against the ISIS.
