The small fish caught by Delhi Police recently and Bharat Ratna
award given by you to BJP and some
experts. It is happening because of the inept administrative control of bureaucrats
and their dependence on attendants irrespective of party rule. You have
deviated from the main issue. The gain in this is blown out of proportion. You
are too innocent to know the business of this kind going on.
