A SCHOOL IN TELINGANA (India)GETS 60 DAYS IN YEAR TO COVER AND ENSURE LEARNING OUT COMES.

(PART ONE)TS  list of holidays in 2016 . A school in Telingana gets sixty days in a year to cover and ensure learning outcomes within this period. In U.P. half of 2016 will be holidays.(Deccan Chronicle dated 6^th of December 2015 ). What a fraud punctuated to education system in India!

The state of Telingana is lead by TRS (Telingana Rashtra Samit) where as Uttar Pradesh is governed by SP(Samajwadi Party) of Mulayam Singh Yadav .Both of these parties ; SP is  neither Samajvadi norTRS is Rashtrvadi so far as their list of holidays of the year 2016 suggest. In either of the cases the victims are innocent public and children of the school going children .Eight hours daily working days in a year is adequate  relief to both of them .Public gets access to the government file managers , children and their teachers  succeed in covering their lengthy syllabuses prepared and hosted by private sector publishers to respective education departments.

Now imagine the fifty two days Sundays and Saturdays respectively off each week of a year. The working days available in these cases is (365-104) two hundred one days .The general holidays approved by the Government of Telingana are fixed as 23 days and the list of optional holidays approved are 21 days. General holidays under negotiable act are two-2.Therefore 23+21+2=46 . 6 days of holidays falling on Sundays can be subtracted .The remainder is 40.104 +40=144.
