The maternity leave for women  in government service is only a drop in their ocean of social ,motherhood agony, slavery and compulsion in their day to day life .The mail members can realize those painful experience of carrying baby in her womb and keep on discharging her officials and domestic assignments when they taste the burden of bearing &rearing the baby.The women are are partly responsible for inviting the said untold story of so called their empowerment and freedom of life in this form and nature.

I was returning from a well known hospital ,Kameneni L.B.Nagar Hyderabad by a bus in the afternoon of 9th of March 2017 .I caught a bus for my journey to cover a distance of only 5 kilometer .The conductor of bus none but a pregnant(advanced ) lady who had to do her duty on feet for eight hours running from front to rear end of the big bus mostly huddled with passenger and giving tickets .During this process ,one could easily noticed her strong desire for some amount of relief from her fatigue and always in search of a vacant seat to relax which was never the less available in the state of Newly formed #Telingana RTC. She will go to stand against a partition just behind the driver seat .The speed of the bust will keep on jolting all of us ,most badly affected was the conductor.I felt very sad on her helplessness then and could realize the load of work she would carry on her return to her family.I realized the outcome of their empowerment and boast of all those who offer this opportunity  of employment. I could also imagine in the hawkish eyes of men folk exploring ,examining and  measuring every inch of their covered and uncovered body. A well known guilt on our part and known sin inflicted on them .They are indeed enchained in their families, offices ,journeys, and whole journey of their ups and down .
