The death sentence of Kulbhushan Yadav(Jadav)given by the
Government of Pakistan is uncalled for and against justice .It is not known
that now at this stage the Government of India began shedding crocodile tears. Some
hot arguments were heard between the media of the two countries in the beginning and
the matter ended there. The present dispensation was lost in the election tempo
of UP preceded by defenseless demonetization .They needs to explain what were the
steps initiated by them in this respect.
The moot question which boggles my mind is what made the
Naval Officer of his rank to visit Pakistan on documents unconvincing to them.
In case he was innocent and abducted and prudently handed over to the ISI of
Pak what steps including (missing) FIR and
necessary investigation by the Naval Head Quarters in Delhi and the Defense
Establishment were taken by them ?His kidnapping did not find space in media
also .Why and what was the need for the officer of this stature to land in a
territory which is well known enemy of this country?
