(4) A woman professional on her meager expenses who really coached   and trained ,one of our  woman lifter in 94 kg weight lift was refused a visa by this government. A well known courtier Sharma a non serious and unprofessional accompanied her as her coach. He thwarted her win in by his attitude and wild offers of advice .  The women lifter who prepared herself for years was coerced in public in Rio by him .He straight away asked the officials to give 96 km weight to lift against her well set goal ,she   should have started from a lighter weight and improved thereafter. The Indian lifter crashed then and there.

(5)Indians happen to be only one praying gods and goddesses for medals. One is amused to see Mom and Dad of Sindhu asking their gods to award Gold and this was denied. Quiet prayers by us would have always been appreciated but the whole teams of TV CHANNELS accompany us and make it an international event. One sees the entire village pundits praying for gold for Yogendra. Can we see such show off in other countries winning medals in large numbers?  In a situation like this how can India win Gold ?

It was he who built this cult and culture and infused the everlasting social fabric. It was he who sowed the seed of harmony and sharing pain and pleasure equally. Brigadier Satsangi was dominating and unyielding one .He was very sound administrator and general in real sense.

Cleanliness became student’s part and parcel of personality traits. His convincing power even on wrong notions was invincible. The partially or largely abnormally baked chapattis served in the mess had to be consumed with ease along with his reasoning over vicinities of life. He would always be on inspection round. Parleys with his students and variety of modern exposures made them army officers in advance. No one had the courage to defy or argue with him. He was equally polite and soft towards all. He transformed and one visualized the definition of education given by Mahatma Gandhi coming true; drawing out the best of a man.

His handsome personality, and sweetest English Language with commanding tone would always shake us and one could peep in to our pair of trembling legs. His exceptional and dynamic leadership as President of SSB Allahabad and as Principal Sainik School Tilaiya cannot be summed up appropriately by me at least. When I joined Sainik School Junior Residential Section ,I found myself landing in a true educational environment hardly seen those days in India .He was a very  fearless, able educationist , reformer, innovator and dynamic  administrator .

The then Governor of  Bihar from Chandigarh managed to see that he resigned and opened an English Medium Institution in Mohali, Chandigarh. He later shifted to Gurgaon Haryana and opened his own school. The rest is unknown history about his ongoing works. The guard of reception and send off in the Jungle inhabited by flock of herons at the bank of Tilaiya Dam, Kharkayee river by the staff, thousands of his students was an event to recall .The march lasted many kilometers. All were in their in tears.

He was the most popular one in Bihar and the parents of the state due to his record performance in producing army officers and building unique campus respected him as the mentor of their wards. One could not notice a presence of paper balls, rubbish in any form and degree in the entire campus .Only beautiful rows of  hedges , old well looked after trees on hills near the mess and main gate ,row of lanes by lanes ,dormitories and resident of staff quarters were fascinating the out skirts.

This school saw it light in the colony vacated by engineers of Telaiya Dam. Satsangi shaped it as a shanti cum sainiketan  .Staff was the mix of diversity ;Hindus ,Muslims ,Christians and so were the students. Das Saheb  wished to know if I send some financial help to him and gift him something to him on my visits in summer? ”He has not to depend on me for my support .He is self sufficient and manages happily  from his retirement privileges, he had besides income from  agricultural resources.” I answered.

I noticed Mr. Das had was shocked and was almost in tears . Both of us were chatting over a cup of tea offered by his wife. Only these two were there in his family. His two sons, both product of #Sainik school Tiliya, were in jobs. His elder son by then was Captain in Indian Army and younger son was employed in a Government job. Both were drawing handsome salary. The two were married .The officer in army had similar understanding that I have had about my father and his basic needs. The younger son posted not far Tilaiya ,will come every month to deliver his month`s salary in the daman of his mother who will bless him and his children from her heart  and return the same to her son expressing hearty  notes that if need be she would accept and seek his  support. While doing so son will notice tears of un spoken unending love from his mother.

After his return to his place of work and family, Madam Das will bring this to the notice of her husband. He will silently but deeply rejoice the amount of their blessings. What touched them was the presence of his son`s divine affinity and concern for them despite his knowledge that his parents were well off.  Mr. Das communicated that this kind and quality of gesture is always expected by all parents, may be with few exceptions. He informed that the good feelings, actions and deeds of an individual towards his elders is in constant conversation with God, the runner of this universe. The doer gets the suitable return of his/her good deeds, feelings and divine gestures by Him.

What prompted me to share this experience with you was :

(1)An incident which happened recently, the pay slip of someone for the month of July 2016 read one lakh thirty  thousand above ,but the   gesture narrated above were always missing .If the gesture had been there it could been doubly rewarding to the person here and the world here after.

(2)There is posh sector in A.S Rao Nagar Secunderabad where half of the residents are very well off retired scientific fraternity from NFC and ECIL Hyderabad and the parents are anxiously waiting for their wards to return from USA to participate in their last holy rituals.

Our Tricolor flag hoisting by the Chief Minister #Mahbooba Mufti broke and dropped on floor .Thank God civilians were not there to watch  this eventuality .It was tied again and then unfurl.

One of the common virtue is rendering of Greeting (Salam) by one and all among them .Nothing is paid for this divine virtue by the initiators. But alas! Most educated family direct heirs and indirect kin even in the best of dawn ignore their elders as if their most valuable asset is exhausted .More than five years of bond with one such relation has gone cipher. In Islam ,it is the best form of exchange of   Greetings between two Momin and Mominat prevalent in good families. These practices do away with many ills and evils likely to invade the peace of a family. The barest non paid entity is withheld by us .Such is influence of devils in our day to day life.

One who is on the back of his horse greets those on the ground. The group if any is greeted by an approaching individual. The elders greet the children.

All my teachers were either Brahmins, Rajputs and few bearded Muslims .They were well dressed, neat and clean in their day today life and no one saw an inkling of communal feeling against  any one of us from class VI -XII. Their white ironed Khadi Kurta  ,Gandhi cap on their hair trimmed heads ,Tilak on their fore  heads ,white iron dhoti  and polished pair of shoes ,and most polished tongue and treatment ,unbiased love keep me searching for our tall ,healthy & most concerned disciplined team of teachers .I know them by names and they knew us by our names .What they look in  to their disciples was their merit and sweat tongue.

They were rich, honest to the core and superb in  their teaching. Favor to their community was never felt and seen (1948-1958). Games and play ground were order of the day. Now I find no match to all of these activities.  Sarvasri Bhagwati Prasad Mishra ,S.P.Singh,K.N.Johri,Kamla Kant Mishra ,Gangadhar Mishra  B.N.Pandey ,Sar Sunderlal ,Ram Surat Tiwari ,Badiuzzaman ,Ain  Uddin Jafri and Kalidas( out standing Art teachers); all of them are no more.

Ram Niwaz  son of a carpenter  ,Radhey Shyam Bharti ,a son of Prostitute, Raja Ram Yadav , Sankata Prasad Mishra ,Nasir Siddiqui ,Jamil Ansari ,Ashok Kumar Singh for examples were  my class mates . Pure competition centered around us, defeating and competing each other in ranks , learning and humility were our goals .

I found and tasted the same love, direction and guide in the college (1960-1963) and university departments(1963-1973). Sarvasri A.N.Roy ,B.N.Roy .B.C.Mishra.S.P.Pandey.A.C.Kashyap,etc.  In university (1963-1973) many of them had RSS orientation and had grip on Gru Golwalkar Book under their pillow but love for their Muslim disciple always surpassed the love for  their own  sons and daughters throughout my contacts with them . Their dressing sense and its maintenance, teaching ability , guidance and impartiality  is not witnessed nowhere in any part of this country. Dr.S.B.Adaval,Dr.V.N.Mishra ,Professor Bhatnagar.Dr.C.B.Tripathi .Dr.Sayeed, Dr.A.L.Al Hindi, Dr.C.B.Tripathy &E.L.Chaufin  etc. were my guardians . What are I am now ,I am their making. They were my mentors.

I am always searching them to come and see the kind of education and upbringing is given to the present generation and thank God they are not there to watch Televisions and dirty debates there on. .Wjll they be reborn ?.Alas not and never! We are moving towards ..... and  violence.

The Creator, Lord of our universe has rightly stated ,”And the life of world is only a deceiving enjoyment”. Holy Quran (Surat Al-hadid verse 20.)I wish to say if we are preparing for the Biggest ever Olympiad (The Day of Judgment) our accountability day ; success or defeat? Would all the gold, silver and bronze medals won be of any help?
