VERDICT #BOMBAY HIGH COURT.
I ask:
(1)Those who offer
Chadars on Tombs (Mazars),sacks of
flowers on them , rub their fore heads
on nearby mazars floors, shed non consolable tears and beat their chests
( inconsolable) ,had the man(said to be saint) inside the tomb
(grave )given them permission for similar sobbing and ruckus and practice of offering chadar over his dead body ,seen
now ,at the time of his last prayer (Namaze Janaza)?
(2)Can any one of them recall a Hadith narrated by their
Prophet (BPOH) to adhere these practices? (3)Were all his admirers invited and
allowed to buy chadar ,flower, gifts ,sobbing chest beating then on the day of
his burial ceremony?
(4)Who stared
it/and why?
(5)Why do we go there in hundreds every day? Do we not ask for his help such as son
,daughter,cure from illness etc.?
(6)Who has given him this right? Has the sky (his own God
) shifted from Arsh over his
head? Has He gone on vacation?
(7)How do you know dead one is alive in his grave and
heaven is granted to him before the Day of Judgment? Do you have this kind of
favored list with you? Are you not
entering the territory of His almighty? Cite a verse or relevant Hadith in support of your answers.
Now the permission for women of all hue and cry given by
court has elated the women folk .They
will repent soon .Their condition will be like this –
NA KHUDA HI MILA NA VISALE SANAM
NA IDHAR KE RAHE NA UDHAR KE I
.The Mazarwals will learn a good lesson .
