Intelligence Quotient Tests are still in their primitive age and have limited applications. If I was a president of a country or prime Minister of India ,I could have ordered  only a group of enlightened behavioral scientists to invent a test to test the minds /intellect level of country men and women.

(1)Assume that a crowd consisting of crores of public at the beck and call of a leader or leaders gifted with +minds gathers to listen to him /them IS ALWAYS EQUAL TO –ONE MIND ONLY.The said gathering can easily be exploited, made subservient, provoked to looting and arson, incited to violence; lynching of a human being, driven to blood bath, prompted to massacre against one race and made to follow one person or a peer.

All social evils , hateful  crimes  and public evils are in the origins of minds(Intelligence Quotient) .Equal minds act unequally(The case of AAP Party and Kejriwal in India).Democracy is a cover invented by meticulous minds to mislead perpetually by hook and  the crooks. The clash in a family ,in an and ministry and organization is result of the equals as well as unequals. Unequal s minds are more dangerous than equals.
