THE SCOOPING PROFORMA IN INDIA:
The wordings and sequence of items (questionnaire )prepared
and distributed among ...has lowered the standard of education and also lowered
the quality of administration and their bosses under whose supervision this has
been manufactured .#Arun Jaetly being product of some good school is trying to
defend a very childish act of government. The case is not between Congress and
BJP but reputation of India and police is in jeopardy.
NCERT is there, expertise could have been invited. The Primary
teachers of Bihar and UP may prepare such a childish Per-forma. What does the department
concerned want to test from this set of questionnaire? Every item will evoke
some nonsense answer. It is not a small matter. The whole world is listening and
laughing on our shining India?
