The scale of arson ,looting , destruction of property, and
complete siege of Hayana in Independent India and scale of helplessness in
people for ten days in presence of police and army is mind bogging. The ghastly scenes remind us Syria
like war destruction. Where as the Subedar and Viceroy (Chief Minister and
Governor) were well pass out trainees of
#RSS self proclaimed guardians of security of Indian state. On this single
failure the Chief Minister should be shown to his out door. Unfortunately the
prime Minister has given an understanding that the chief ministers are the sole
in charge of administration .He has neither accountability nor sympathy or
repentance. The anger was mammoth in nature. Suddenly a video tape comes in to circulation.
Can an individual organize such large
scale destruction. How is that part of pucca dam of canal is damaged to this
