The desperation on the part of #Ismiriti Irani HRD Minister coming
forward with a report to convert Universities a grave yard where one witnesses silence
of dead or she wants to convert these campuses in to Pathshalas and Madarsas
.Former IAS #TS Subramanium , Plateau of
21st century has reportedly submitted a report which is very much likely
to rest in the dust bin. Universities are established for multipronged goals including
leadership in all walk of life. One of these is born in the bazaar of politics
of agitation , shouts and counter shouts on streets ,in auditoriums, in assembly
grounds form by group of human beings not
in class rooms and varsity libraries. Banning social activities means end of
the road to Indian democracy.
