This happening is common in India only. You drive on the roads ;Express highways, national and state highways and local bodies roads ,and quickly and frequently come across unmarked bumps ,many times even the basics of their  erection is ignored .They have found quick fix  in abundance to check the accidents. These bumps are found in front of schools and public dwellings. These bumps remain unmarked and unpainted round the years thus breaking the back bones of passengers. How can you control traffic and discipline the people by erecting artificial barriers?

You go to schools, you find these communities quite often walking in the middle of the roads .All with few are seen keeping their rights while walking on the roads and their parents are leading them .One wonders if they are taught road rudiments? What kind of education is imparted to them ?Every government is lawfully corrupting the minds and nerves of driving individuals by encouraging drinks and freely selling wines that too on road sides. The government also suffers from similar tumor mentioned above. Are they really bothering good governance?
