SPEAKING WITH FULL THROAT ARE THOSE....

You go to attend prayer in any worshiping place (mosques) on Friday in particular, all priests with rare exception, will speak from their full throats even if the devotees are in scores or hundreds in numbers .The public address system being used freely by them worsens the prescribed diabolical  limits /volumes to an intolerable limits .The contents are lost in to dins and despair. The four walls and the ceilings do help in producing echoes that hits the thin drums of the ears and the whole purpose of address is lost .They will say everything except the truth from the Holy scriptures and the Hadith. For example: the verse 19 of surat-ul- Luqman says    And be moderate in thy pace, and lower thy voice;for the harshest  of sounds without doubt is the braying of the ass.”
The golden mean is the pivot of the philosophy of Luqman as it is the philosophy of Aristotle and indeed of Islam. And it flows naturally from a true understanding of relation to Allah and His universe and to our fellow creatures, especially man. In all things be moderate. Do not go the pace, and do not be stationary or slow. Do not be talkative and do not be silent. Do not be loud or do not be timid or half hearted. Do not be too confident and do not be cowed down. If you have patience, it is to give you constancy and determination that you may bravely carry on the struggle of life. If you have humility, it is to save you from unseemly swagger, not to curb your right spirit and your reasoned determination.
