STRAINED BUT RUINOUS RELATION BETWEEN FATHER AND
SONS/DAUGHTERS IN TH 21ST CENTURY.
The Day of Judgment determines our infinite fortune based
purely on our good and bad deeds performed in this life during a short span of
sixty to eighty years. Angel Gabriel once asked the Prophet (BPUH) about the exact
day of the judgment. He replied it was known to Him only. He further queried if
there was any apparent sign indicating its approach? It was the ill treatments,
abuses, disobedience, hurled on their parents by their offspring, replied the
Prophet.
Hazrat Ali (R.a)
was once asked about his day to day relation with his son Hassan. Ali narrated, “Hassan
will walk ahead of him during the night, walk behind him with sword in the day,
will keep his hands away and hung if my hands are stretched for Morsel of food
on dining table, will not walk to the roof of the house if I am sitting in the first floor of the house.
