With the imprisonment of #Lalu Prasad yadav, Former Chief
Minister of Bihar and imminent Member of Parliament in #fodder scam (1996-2013),the
suspicion of plotting intrigues my mind for the first time in favor of a politician
about whom my conscience do smell foul in this verdict.
The intrigues are :
(1)
The book ,Inside
CBI(1999), authored by #Joginder Singh Director CBI during the regime of
Devi Gouda ,the then PM.I have begun reading chapter Fodder scam pages 51-82 once again.
(2)
Rs.37 crore cash withdrawal from the treasury of
Chaibasa, the district head quarter of Singh Bhum (East) located at the southern
end of the then united Bihar.
(3)
Involvement
of 45 culprits in this scam, each getting share of Rs.37/45 crore (about 82
lakh.)
(4)
Will Lalu Prasad like to get satisfaction from
this paltry booty?
(5)
Can there be an inconclusive successful conspiracy
among forty five persons? The history of conspiracy establishes one major truth
that too many cooks spoil the food.
(6)
Why should the accused Lalu Prasad approach to
lodge an FIR against the fodder scam ?
(7)
Now the time has come to pass the agnipariksha
by judiciary of its credibility. This case will open Pandora of boxes of their trust and deceit.
