Their weakness such as dishonesty, corruptions, attending office in drunken state and soiled attire, arrogance and angers, irresponsible loose talks and non seriousness of state of personality opens the door for falling in to unseen traps laid by themselves. Calling their subordinates at their residence for personal assignment further worsens their image & grip and they become very cheap tool in their hands. Above all, if they are being in insufficiency of at least average skill of reading, writing and speaking, paves ways for their easiest traps. The cunning hawks will always befriend some of their family members and they oblige them without weighing pros and cons. Keep them off your office inputs and out puts. They will be of no help when you are preparing to be behind the bar due to undue favors shown to them on their recommendations.

The hawks will also establish rapport with your friends lobby and manage to get the illegal works done through them. The friends should be discouraged to interfere in your job. Your good decision making and fair play will produce scores of friends.

The wretched officers dictate you as per their whims and that too on oral ground, submit in writing you reasons for your assent or note of descents .Respect them and their families but do not enslave your selves.
