The most baffling news is that this community religiously practices circumcision of female( baby) genital parts till today and this freedom to them has made them settle in large numbers in India .

Islam does not allow this heinous crime to be practiced by its followers. It is unheard in Muslim world of today including the main Shiite sect in the world. How could this barbaric practice continued in this community since centuries is a matter great frustration and condemnation.

Few days ago one lady doctor of the same community filed a PIL in the highest court of India and Government of India was asked to give its opinion .It is heartening to learn that its advocate general has taken a stand against this practice and has submitted an affidavit admitting it a crime against children .It is also disturbing that India is a signatory on crime against children in United nations and allowed this practice to go on unchecked in the name religion.

Soon news began pouring in that it was UPPER CAST CUM OBC bandh call. Bandh  calls after calls during #Narendra Modi ,#Amit Shah and #Mohan Bhagwat period have become an order of the day .Those days which burnt and terrified the Indian economy on one hand and reminder of black day in our history .

The loose ends have (1) the maun barat (silence )on the part of this regime leader.(2)He is in haste to counter the high blood presser released  as and when he finds him  on his back feet.(3)His overall approach is revengeful and is in look out for Master strokes.

There is reason behind this move .He Plans to test his strength against the recent Dalit Bharat Bhandh which has jolted his wisdom of one up man ship in politics. Since he has his government in major part of the country ,he is given to understand that his bandh call shall be very successful and help him in recovering from the Dalit tremor and moral victory of opposition. This understanding is a tip from the #RSS known for propaganda and jingoism. The purpose is to demoralize the opposition ,preferably congress.

This is very dangerous move and will further widen the divide among Hindus which is now moving towards cast war in guise of voting combination. Scores of political commanders have emerged on the scenes and alleys formation has begun. Tug off war is waged on a very weak turf. His supporters are vocal only verbally and are subdued emotionally &morally due to their culpable crimes and therefore defeat is the outcome of this behind the curtain battle.

It is  the wisdom of man sitting in the seat of judge who can display and in many cases demonstrates his will (inner intentions )and the will of God as such .The trail of arguments and documents in arsenal of wisdom  are enough to go either way. All is not in the hands of human beings. In the present case ,verdict could have been in favor or against Salman and other accused. In place of Salman ,some one could have been convicted .

I was participating in a debate in a well contested debate .I was the only Muslim participant .Two out three judges gave me first position  but the third judge gave me zero and the average went in favor of other candidate to the shock of all. The judges who awarded me first were from upper cast (those days these notions were not known),the third was from a lower cast .Those who were declared winner are no  when  I look back my fate as of now.

Once I was impaneled to select some candidates  for  a lecturer post .I knew some two among selection committee members had leaning towards some applicants not well l deserved .Some of their candidates were rejected on merits of their failure to answer even very simple common questions and poor language grasps .It was gathered during the process .Some one really unsuitable was going to be selected .All candidates were marked by each one of us .I left unmarked all of them .It was known to me only .The chairman was sitting just close to me on my right and he began asking numbers adding numbers .Since I was  sitting on his left and was the last to give my evaluation (number). While noting their marks I kept on adding numbers of each candidates and I accorded marks less or more as per my choice .The candidate whom they were interested was awarded wisely very less marks and the total he got failed him .I was much relieved as the deserving got entry.

LIFE IS A GAME OF WISDOM .

We have different scale and version of wisdom in us. The power to judge right or wrong is located in our conscious (inner spirit /soul)granted by the Creator. The Judge has very wisely let off the remaining accused but not Salman .He has according to my calculation, paved way for Salman`s bail aswell as his let off by other court.

A JUDGE OR KING OF STATE IS ALSO INFLUENCED OR FRIGHTENED .

They are influenced from mobs aswell public antipathy in many cases .He wants to defend and protect the innocent at the same time .He has his wisdom to prevail upon where as the timid keeps on shouting .In the present the life is not safe in the hands of police and it is neither secure in the hands of security provided.

ARE COURT VERDICTS PLAY  CARDS, PLAYED BY THEM

 Are court verdicts play  cards, played by them from the pack of Muslim cards , Hindu cards ,Dalit cards ,Christian cards ,blood relation cards ,friends cards  ,relatives cards  ,political affinity ,male female consideration ,children ,animal ,racial notion or oppressor and oppressed inklings  in the minds of Judges and enacted through their wisdom of penmanship ?

IT IS ALWAYS A DELIVERY OF WONDERFUL EXPERIENCES AS PER WISDOM OF ALL AND SUNDRY .

Dear friends, I have also derived some solace when I begin turning the leafs of my anecdotes, participation in some insignificant judgments  in selection of applicants  for vacant posts and vested interest of other empanelled colleagues demolished wisely  .

THE MUTE QUESTIONS REMAINS UNANSWERED ARE:

(1)The darker side of the judgment is financial commitments on Salman parts suffering of Indian industry cinematography and  (Indian Economy )in jeopardy in the light of wild life protection and his service to the nation  .

(2)Was Salman Khan , the first Poacher of Black Buck in Jodhpur Rajasthan India ?

(3)Are the Vaishnavees, the only species on earth to take the onus (fanaticism)of the protection of those black bucks?

MOS STATUS TO BABAS IN MADHYA PRADESH (CENTRAL INDIA ):

It is Vatican  where the saints hood is granted on outstanding  public services  to the people. Has this government established any Screening Board towards granting such degrees to them?

The Chief Minister appears to be victim of virtuous blackmailing .He is mentally abnormal by now due to his long rope with reign in M.P. .Am I wrong when I say the #BJP  is a party of more of villain and offenders .
