It is the wisdom of
man sitting in the seat of judge who can display and in many cases demonstrates
his will (inner intentions )and the will of God as such .The trail of arguments
and documents in arsenal of wisdom are
enough to go either way. All is not in the hands of human beings. In the
present case ,verdict could have been in favor or against Salman and other accused.
In place of Salman ,some one could have been convicted .
I was participating in a debate in a well contested debate .I
was the only Muslim participant .Two out three judges gave me first
position but the third judge gave me
zero and the average went in favor of other candidate to the shock of all. The
judges who awarded me first were from upper cast (those days these notions were
not known),the third was from a lower cast .Those who were declared winner are
no when
I look back my fate as of now.
Once I was impaneled to select some candidates for a lecturer
post .I knew some two among selection committee members had leaning towards some
applicants not well l deserved .Some of their candidates were rejected on
merits of their failure to answer even very simple common questions and poor
language grasps .It was gathered during the process .Some one really unsuitable
was going to be selected .All candidates were marked by each one of us .I left
unmarked all of them .It was known to me only .The chairman was sitting just
close to me on my right and he began asking numbers adding numbers .Since I was
sitting on his left and was the last to
give my evaluation (number). While noting their marks I kept on adding numbers
of each candidates and I accorded marks less or more as per my choice .The
candidate whom they were interested was awarded wisely very less marks and the
total he got failed him .I was much relieved as the deserving got entry.
LIFE IS A GAME OF WISDOM .
We have different scale and version of wisdom in us. The
power to judge right or wrong is located in our conscious (inner spirit /soul)granted
by the Creator. The Judge has very wisely let off the remaining accused but not
Salman .He has according to my calculation, paved way for Salman`s bail aswell
as his let off by other court.
A JUDGE OR KING OF STATE IS ALSO INFLUENCED OR FRIGHTENED .
They are influenced from mobs aswell public antipathy in many
cases .He wants to defend and protect the innocent at the same time .He has his
wisdom to prevail upon where as the timid keeps on shouting .In the present the
life is not safe in the hands of police and it is neither secure in the hands
of security provided.
ARE COURT VERDICTS PLAY
CARDS, PLAYED BY THEM
Are court verdicts
play cards, played by them from the pack
of Muslim cards , Hindu cards ,Dalit cards ,Christian cards ,blood relation
cards ,friends cards ,relatives cards ,political affinity ,male female consideration
,children ,animal ,racial notion or oppressor and oppressed inklings in the minds of Judges and enacted through
their wisdom of penmanship ?
IT IS ALWAYS A DELIVERY OF WONDERFUL EXPERIENCES AS PER
WISDOM OF ALL AND SUNDRY .
Dear friends, I have also derived some solace when I begin
turning the leafs of my anecdotes, participation in some insignificant
judgments in selection of
applicants for vacant posts and vested
interest of other empanelled colleagues demolished wisely .
THE MUTE QUESTIONS REMAINS UNANSWERED ARE:
(1)The darker side of the judgment is financial commitments on
Salman parts suffering of Indian industry cinematography and (Indian Economy )in jeopardy in the light of
wild life protection and his service to the nation .
(2)Was Salman Khan , the first Poacher of Black Buck in
Jodhpur Rajasthan India ?
(3)Are the Vaishnavees, the only species on earth to take the
onus (fanaticism)of the protection of those black bucks?
