EMBRSSMENT. The CJI in his frustration lead himself to be obstinate. The absence
of ceasefire among his family presented this impasse.
Who is responsible for the
present Native constitutional Bombshell dropped this afternoon by 71 Member of
Parliament ?This surgical move is not against the #CJI but safeguard against judiciary being black mailed
for the past few years.
(1)Why are not the vacancies in courts being filled?
(2)Who has refused to listen to
the conscious of the collegiums?
(3)Who is imposing the unconstitutional
will on the judiciary?
(4)Is it not true that the oldest
mores in existence in the institution of Supreme court with respect to the
allotment of cases of sensitive natures given to favorable persons and the
verdict goes in favor of emerging dawn?
(5)Has not the chief of this
institution added insult to the injury of seniors in the campus?
