The reasons advanced by you are  ( 1)The present CJI is to retire in early October.(2)You consider it a set back to the image of the top court and it should be left to the his successor to set  it right.(3) you are apprehensive of the fact ,the move has potential to shake the faith of ordinary Indian in the impartiality of the of the highest judicial forum of the land .(4)That there no chance of move succeeding (5)The same can be injurious to our robust democratic order(5)Constitutional provision exists to impeach CJI.

Is the country run on image building that too on the retention of faith of ordinary Indians? Whose responsibility is to retain this faith ? What is fate of number of cases and justice pertaining to the ordinary Indians? Are the ordinary Indians benefitted out of their sweats and toil from this democratic country ? Do you want to say that 365 or more years are required to fight against a genuine impending crisis? What is the value of nip and bud doctrine in such matters? What is the application of saying  , strike the iron when it is hot?

Do you want to say Chief Justice of India and other national leaders on top cannot be questioned and probed? What democracy is this?
