THE VERDICT BY THE BENCH PRESIDED BY #CJI
HONORABLE DEEPAK MISHRA ON THE DEATH
OF JUSTICE JOYA IN SUSPICIOUS
CIRCUMSTANCES?:
(1)The judgment is given in the
back ground of points raised by this bench against an alleged allegation raised by the four senior Supreme
Court Justices very recently against the CJI.
(2)The hidden anguish on the part
of CJI Functioning and notices favors in some his choicest verdict in his own family and friends favor besides leaning
towards a particular party prepared well
pitched battle of his impeachment in progress by the CPIM, Congress, and opposition .
(3)The Prime Minister #Narendra
Modi and his accomplice in all good and bad political and otherwise matters
during their Chief Minister ship and Home minster ship(#Amit Shah ) of Gujarat India
were also being in scrutiny now in very volatile phase of evaluation by one and all; Media and Television,
political parties and their supporters.
(4)None #,BJP in particular,were accused party in this case
but its verdict has bearing to do much more than anything (political
casualty and let down in the eyes of
voters).
(5)The chhichhalader of #BJP
is now in full circle (unparalelL denouncement of their character political credibility and method of coercions)against
all those in their opposition of #BJP by its #prime minister and #Amit shah now
President of this party has been going on since 2002 in various unending forms,
frights, heights , and figures.
(6)Pitched verbal defrosting of
worst foul languages in their defense whether right and wrong , jubilation ,jingoism as it being the only
dominant DNA of their legal skills and
propaganda genes . Since the pronouncement of verdict , those till date in back
foot and political run, are shooting shots after shots against #Rahul Gandhi
and his team more so in view of Karnataka election .
It was in the fitness of
things if # CJI had agreed
(A)SIT proposal
to probe and could have settle down the ongoing storm sickening the country
.The nature of case demanded this a judgment coming out of the cell of
conscious of justice.
(B)The display of vent of his dislikes now openly and not
stealthily stating the case ,the work of political vendetta, is certainly in
bad taste .If these were mentioned during the pendency of the probe by SIT ,it
would have served his purpose.
( C) The kind of victory celebrations
is going on, itself suggest their being guilty and CJI has emotionally joined
them as a party. It is all about guilty shouting against the innocents. The
history of their credibility and character is well known to all of us including
#Honourable Deepak Mishra Saheb .This
victory hijacked is not going to change the course of voting pattern in India
as of now
History is cruel and has
never forgiven the criminals . If we
fail to do justice here ,the Creator will accord it in the severest and worst in case of guilty and equally the best
and in abundance to the sufferer. THE ARROGANCE DESTROYE THE ARROGANTS .
